Butterfly house

Exceptionally clean and well appointed with good size rooms, and a great backyard with studio, BBQ and seating. Easy walk to restaurants and beaches

The Butterfly Beach House is exactly that! We were welcomed by several monarchs in the front and back yards! The house is impeccable. 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 big bathrooms. The owners did an incredible job on this house. Zero complaints. Hot tub was a wonderful addition. There is a very minor ant issue. Not like an army but random ants in the kitchen and bedrooms. We put ant traps down. We also had an electrical outage due to a PG&E event for about 2 hours at 4am and the hot water heater shut down. The house has an awesome tankless water heater and once it was reset it was back with hot water in literally one minute. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful beach house <3

The beach house was so so lovely! The check-in process was very easy, and the online guide provided had all the information about the amenities, utilities, and local attractions. The rooms were very spacious and clean, stocked with all the supplies we needed. We were also able to cook a few meals in the house: all the equipment is in very good condition and modern, easy to use. The garden is definitely the highlight of the property: the flowers were so beautiful at sunset, and the jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful after a long day running around at the beach. 10/10 would love to stay again!!

In love

We absolutely loved this property. The pictures are good, but don’t do this property justice at all. It has the most AMAZING woodwork, and creative details. The back garden was magnificent with tons and tons of space and beautiful gardens. My husband loved the hot tub, so that was a nice bonus for him. We only stayed for two nights, so I can’t attest to all of the kitchen equipment, but there is everything one could need for a longer stay.

What a terrific place to stay in the Santa Cruz area! We really enjoyed all the modern features including Sonos speakers in most rooms and the car charger. But the hot tub and bocce ball were the real pleasures outdoors amongst the terrific landscaping. Definitely a wonderfully relaxing spot to stay. Two up!
