We booked the Cowell Beach House for a last minute family beach trip. The booking and communication with the property owner was excellent. The owner was responsive and was able to accommodate our request for late check out so we could have more time at the beach before heading back to Sacramento. The house is a cute 2 bedroom duplex just a short walk from Cowells Beach. We had a great weekend and would definitely book again.

Our host was amazing, super friendly and great communication, even gave us recommendations for places to go during our stay! The house is very cute and the neighborhood is super convenient. Will absolutely stay here again during our next visit

Adorable, very tidy house close to the beach and wonderful shops/eateries/etc. in Santa Cruz. Hosts were incredibly flexible, responsive, and helpful! Highly recommend.

Excellent property!

This property was perfect for our little family vacation. The twin beds were great for the kids, and it was an easy walk to food, the pier, and the boardwalk. The host was attentive and helpful. Thank you for our stay!

Great little cottage! Was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is amazing! We enjoyed going down to the beach and strolling along West Cliff. Easy check-in and out and good communication throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property provided a nice location for our family to prepare for my son's wedding. We prepared flowers for the tables, bouquets, and boutonnieres. The entire kitchen table with flowers was beautiful. Wish I had thought to take a photo.

Great place to stay

We had a lot of fun at this place. It's so lose to everything and the house itself was perfect for us. It's well-maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property

We loved this home! The details the owners left were so nice - just the organization, scents, etc. Four of us stayed and it was so comfortable. The home is just a short walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf or the Lighthouse/Surfing Museum. Being next to the ocean was fantastic!

Cowell Beach House

We loved this rental. It was clean, quiet, roomy and pretty inside. There were plenty of towels/blankets, the backyard seating was nice, the couches were comfy. Nice windows for good airflow. Easy walk to the beach with our chairs/ice chest.

Fantastic location. Great spot for taking morning and evening walks. Very quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer are great. Newer appliances. Easy instructions from host.
