Summary:
First floor king villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Host is amazing - very accommodating and prompt in his responses. We have stayed here three previous times for the safe neighborhood and ease of getting around without a rental car. Everything you need is within a few block walk. Will return.

Lauderdale by the sea

The unit was as described. Very nice accomodations with everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella very helpful at beach. Pool area nice with plenty of chairs. Nice BBQ grill. Area was very nice. Easy walk to downtown area which we really enjoyed. Check out Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi. Really nice. Only downside was at the beach, which has nothing to do with unit. A lot of seaweed onshore in water. But beach itself is nice and clean. Worth the money. Nice stay!
