Wonderful home! Very comfortable, clean and well maintained in a nice neighborhood. Great little backyard area with a small pool (but enough for us!) Excellent location easy walk to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Daily texts from management to check in on our stay was appreciated so we knew if any issues arose they were there to help. Would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Renza, it was exactly what we needed for our trip. The location is great- close to restaurants and shops, but no street noise at night. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and the beach chairs, wagon and cooler that were available to use. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked.

Nice and clean. My husband and two adult children plus spouses shared this house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The host was friendly and willing to help when needed. Answered all questions promptly. We loved having beach towels and chairs as well as a wagon. Also, we liked having the beach close by. Thank you for a fun family vacation!

The house was great - in an awesome location. The host gave us great suggestions for dinner and music. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was small and the pool was very small. It seemed like a whirlpool. It actually had the jets. Regardless we had a great time!!

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the house and the location. The lots are smaller when you are in the heart of town so there are size restrictions on the pools. All of the townhomes in Lauderdale by the Sea have "plunge pools" which are about twice the size of a whirlpool but smaller than a traditional pool. That pool is about 12 feet by 9 feet. Most whirlpools are 5 x5. The jets that are inside of it are for water return only they are not massage jets. Most are ok with the compromise of a smaller pool in order to have this amazing location. All of the single family homes with larger pools are at least 5 blocks west of the beach as this one is only 2 blocks.

Great Spot

My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach access and to the main block of town. The private pool is great for non beach days or to finish your day off after being at the beach. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we need. Looking for a home away from home getaway, this is a great option. Highly recommend. We had a beautiful week here.

We had an amazing time at Villa Renza. The house was very spacious with all the necessary amenities, and the yard was a nice place to relax. Our grand children enjoyed the pool even if it was small. The restaurants, ice cream shops and the beautiful beach were a short walk away. The whole family enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

We spent a week in the Villa. The home was well-equipped, clean, and close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed walking into the small town with a great beach feel and lovely shops and restaurants. Communication regarding any questions was clear and timely. We look forward to returning!
