Located in the heart of Aransas Pass, this charming 1950's Cape Cod style home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on our screened in porch and listen to the peaceful coastal birds singing. Our kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your family meals with a large formal dining room that seats 6-8. In the back yard you'll find ample space for yard games or a place to sit around the firepit and soak in the day. After a long day unwind on the large sectional in the living room main floor and enjoy your favorite show on the smart TV with multiple streaming services. On the 3rd floor there is an additional smart TV perfect for movie night for the kids.

Harbor Headquarters is located just 2 minutes from Conn Brown harbor. Have your guide pick you up for a fishing adventure or enjoy brunch at Coasters. Texans love our H-E-B's and you'll find one just two minutes from the house. Rockport beach is a quick 15 minute drive, or hop on the ferry 10 minutes away for a day at Port Aransas Island. *******SNOW BIRDS WELCOME! Ask us about our off season monthly rate*******

Great Family house!!

The house was amazing. The house was perfect for mine and friends families. We had a total of 9 staying in the house 4 adults and 5 children youngest was 3. The bed and room lay out worked amazing for us. The backyard was huge and the lawn games and other games in the house were well used.

Cozy Getaway

The house was super cozy and had all we needed! The listing stated there was a hot tub which was not accurate. There was a fire pit, but no wood. Overall it was clean and the beds were comfy and we would most definitely stay again!

Great!Yard was a little problematic due to some broken concrete scattered around and fire ant mounds. Trees were beautiful. Grass in yard needs improvement. Paint for exterior.Overall a very good accommodation!

The place was great! In my opinion the AC didn’t work the best but it is an older home. During the hottest parts of the day, we were at the beach so it wasn’t a big problem. The backyard is super spacious to play and run around in.
