We stayed a few nights in Malibu and truly enjoyed this place. We loved the proximity to the sea and sound of the waves. Communication was easy, we had a great time!

Wonderful house and great location. The house owner was extremely communicative, the house is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Would definitely rent this house again

Magical weekend

Our stay was magical at David's place. It was the perfect place to create memories with my family. David was an incredible host and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

The house was great. As advertised. The best part is the back porch looking right over the ocean. You will hear the waves as you sleep.

Perfect doesn’t capture it

This property is truly special - I’ve stayed in many properties on the coast and this one is worth the . The host Dave is very responsive and great to work with. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great BeachFront Rental

Very thoughtful with the snacks and such (and lots of USB plug ins which is very appreciated!), good communications via text, and great location - can walk to Duke's. Love the beach access, but could only get to sand early in the morning on lower tide (if that is your thing). Love the floorplan and overall feel ... will be back for sure.

My kids said "This is our favorite VRBO yet." The property is clean, well maintained, and picturesque. Communication with Dave was frequent and timely, he even made great recommendations for us on activities. The area is still recovering from the fires last year, but there was still plenty to do and the ocean has proven once again to be the best white noise machine for me to fall asleep to. Stay here, you won't regret it.

cozy vibes & beautiful views

Our stay at the beach house was quite pleasant. The hosts (Dave & Lyndsay) were attentive and helpful, always available when we had any questions or requests. They offered some snacks & beverages, which were a nice gesture. The property's location along the beach front was lovely, allowing us to enjoy beautiful views and spend some relaxing moments by the water. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider staying here again in the future!

Unbelievable View

Easy to get and close to everything, but somehow when you open up all the windows and doors to the ocean and hear the waves you are more connected to the sea than to real life for a few days. I can't think of a better place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and ease into the day.

Amazing Week

The house and property is even more beautiful than advertised. The decks (and the living room) are looking straight out on the water where you can sit all day and gaze at the marine life passing by (dolphin, seals, pelicans, cormorants)!!! Hot tub is an added bonus. The house is fully stocked with anything you might need. Communication with the host was above and beyond with helpful hints and frequent check ins. We all can’t wait to return!

Amazing Ocean View, pet friendly property with full Malibu vibe. My wife and I come to Malibu at the end of each summer to get in a few relaxing days before the weather turns.This house was by far our favorite so far. The deck is amazing and we spent all day out there. So comfortable and plenty of different spots to relax for whatever you're in the mood for.Dave - the host - was fantastic. Communication was easy and he was so accommodating. He has some snacks ready for us when we checked and a few items in the fridge too. We enjoyed our experience so much that we are planning to come back next year.

Cozy home with incredible views and great location!

This home truly has one of the best decks in Malibu. The two tier deck with lounges, umbrellas, jacuzzi, outdoor dining space and the huge tree brings the indoor / outdoor living to the next level. Only thing we hoped was beach access during low tides but that wasn’t in the cards for us in August (of course nothing that the host can control). It was rather rocky at the bottom of the house so not sure how it is throughout the year. Great location on PCH. The home is walking distance to Dukes Malibu, which made it easy for take out. David was a great host - super responsive and very communicative. Previous guests often talk about the snacks…and it was definitely a very welcoming touch. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
