Relaxing trip

Older home fixed up nicely. Enjoyed the large back yard and back patio with the hot tub. Close to downtown and many restaurants.

Great stay

Very nice. Close to town! My husband and I enjoyed our stay and loved having a place to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my college son and his girlfriend.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a perfect location with easy access to the courthouse area. The communication was easy with mgmt co. The house has some nice upgrades.

Great Stay

It is a great place to stay for a couple. It was clean, organized and quiet. It is a great location with the prefect walking distance to the town square. The interior and outside area was even nicer than the pictures. The property management company was great and is locally run which is always nice.

Nice Stay, Perfect Location

Located a short walk from Prescott's Courthouse Plaza, this lovely historic home made for a nice stay. It included ample, if minimal, amenities, and everything functioned well. We didn't like the bathroom, and it could use a remodel, especially the bathtub. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

The house was charming and conveniently located near downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of the backyard!! Especially when sitting in the jacuzzi! We will definitely be visiting again!

The winner and probably best part of this location is the outdoors the backyard is fabulous the home is definitely nice well kept and clean. The hot tub was great. It was an all around enjoyable pleasant stay would definitely recommend this home. Would stay here again!
