Size of the house is 300 m2. The ground floor, with a summer kitchen, two tables for + 10 people, a billiard room and a sauna, is absolutely connected to the outside area where there is a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, trampoline, swing, deckchairs and lots of trees and plants. The yard is entirely fenced.

Accommodation Villa Ume is located in a beautiful quiet location in Tugare, 8 kilometers from the town of Omiš and 14 kilometers from the town of Split.
The type of beach in Omiš: pebble and sandy beach.
This accommodation offers privacy and a view of the green area.
The house has 3 floors. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by internal stairs, and the second floor is connected by external stairs. The ground floor, where there is a summer kitchen, two tables for + ten people, a billiard room and a sauna, is connected to the outside part where there is a swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, trampoline, swing, deckchairs and internal stairs with an apartment on the first floor
Accommodation is equipped with: Two smart television, Heating, Air conditioning x 6, Radio, Wireless Internet, Washing machine, Table soccer, Trampoline, Darts, billiards, volleyball.

You can spend the days you don't spend at the beach swimming in the private pool and relaxing on the sun loungers, and you can also use the outdoor shower for additional refreshment. You won't have to worry about privacy because the yard is entirely fenced.

Routing instructions;

After the border BREGANA take the highway A3 in direction of ZAGREB. Pass Zagreb and on the intersections LUCKO and BOSILJEVO follow the road signs towards SPLIT/A1. Take the exit DUGOPOLJE and continue driving in the direction of SPLIT. After about 1,1 km at the roundabout take the 1st exit towards OMIS / SPLIT / SOLIN. After about 12 km at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards DUBROVNIK /OMIS. Drive along the coastal road and after about 7 km You reach the village STOBREC. After the village entrance on the 2nd traffic light turn left towards ZRNOVNICA. After approx.1,6km in the village PODSTRANA (on Your left side is a small bridge) continue driving straight approx.10km towards village TUGARE on the street POLJIČKA CETSTA and on the left side is Your holiday home on the house number 55 next to the street. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Park in the parking lot in front of the house, it can fit four cars, or on the ramps on both sides of the house.

The bus stop is approximately 100 meters from the villa on the right side - in the direction of Split. I will send you the timetable if you need it.
