This property is amazing! Beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountains and river. House was well stocked with everything we needed, and the owners have thought of everything for their guests. Beds were super comfortable and the house accommodated our entire group perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

A beautiful spot on the water! Very Cute relaxing home. Tiffany was very fast to respond and communicate. She is really wonderful. :) Looking out of bedroom in morning with the big windows was so pretty. The big windows downstairs were so nice also to bring in the outdoor light. The bedrooms are all decorated nicely. Gets really warm upstairs. If it wasn't so smokey with the wild fires, our trip would have been better. We rented this spot to have access on the water, and get away from the severe smoke where we live. Too many fires going on to escape the smoke. I did not realize this is a townhome when I rented it. That could be my fault if I didn’t see in description. The dock is shared. My daughter was so excited to paddle board. I rented this place for her to have fun before going to college the next week. The one day we got to be on the water the renters next to us were sharing the dock. One was polite but the other lady was on the phone over an hour talking aggressively about lawsuit stuff it was not relaxing to us - then got off the phone and continued to rant to her friend. so we left and didn’t get to finish relaxing on the best day without a bunch of smoke. It is a short drive into town at Sandpoint. We enjoyed the great restaurants and coffee shops. The location of this cute little rental is a fabulous spot on the water. They have paddle boards and outdoor spots to sit. Very thoughtful areas to enjoy!

Incredible property!!

The house was perfect, the views were amazing, accomodations were extremely thoughtful, and communication with the hosts was exemplary. Would love to stay at this property again!

Total relaxation

This property was the perfect quiet spot. Easy to access Sandpoint and Priest River. Lots of toys to entertain us outside when needed and the air conditioning kept us happy inside.

Come play at the river!

This is a very well appointed townhome. Basic toiletries, laundry and dishwasher needs are provided. The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, a blender, bakeware and some spices. Outdoor games, kayaks, a paddle board, loungers with umbrellas, a smore kit for the fire pit, and beach towels add to the extra welcome. The property feels private, and the only real shared areas are the dock and driveway. We heard the train a few times during our stay, but it was infrequent and did not disturb us. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great vacation!

This was truly one of the best vacation rentals my family and I have ever stayed in. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property had so many incredible amenities that kept everyone entertained. We especially loved having access to the paddleboards, kayaks, and lily pad, and the private beach and fire pit made for the perfect place to relax and spend time together. The dock was beautifully built and was one of our favorite spots to enjoy the views and unwind. We've stayed on the lake before, but this trip convinced us that we actually prefer the river. It was peaceful, beautiful, and made for a wonderful setting. The house itself was absolutely stunning. The interior design was tasteful and thoughtfully done, and the views from inside were incredible. Every room was inviting, and the furniture, beds, and bedding were all exceptionally comfortable. It truly felt like a luxury home while still being cozy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway.
