The Villa is newly remodeled duplex, modern high end appliances, luxurious furnishing and the patio glass doors allows maximum natural light inside the villa.
Twin villas that features a total of 2 generous size bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full bd, 2 full baths, new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and a large shared back yard, pool and dock.
Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs, umbrella, sofa and dinning table for al fresco dinning, in our fantastic villas.
Safe, serene and beautiful neighborhood. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, Samsung smart TV programming and use your own steaming services to log in, washer & dryer for convenience.
The beach and famous Las Olas Blvd and Wilton Dr is minutes away for the perfect tropical vacation.
Only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Miami Beach.
We strive to go above and beyond for our guests, and try to accommodate as best as possible.

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond when we reached out. I loved that we were just a short drive to the beach. I was nice that botb rooms had their own bathroom.

Well the pictures tell the whole story. This is not a top on the line property From barbecue grills being very dirty to the barbecue brushes being broken to the toaster never cleaned to the cooking utensils being dirty . O yes the ice maker fell out when I opened the freezer door so no ice. the host said he was going to stop by during the day to fix the ice maker. The host then knocks on the door at 10 pm without warning The pool was nice and the shower was nice. Just no soap in the shower and one bedroom has no shelving or a place to put clothes

Beautiful and peaceful place

Excellent location and property. As we stayed for 2 weeks, we missed extra bedding and some equipment needed maintenance (parasol, ice maker, small electric oven), but all the important items were OK. We had a pleasant stay.

Our stay at this tropical waterfront duplex was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better in person than the photos. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared 8thfrom the clean kitchen and bathrooms to the peaceful shared pool and gorgeous canal views.The host was incredible, responding almost instantly anytime we had a question, which made everything effortless. You can really tell they care about creating a great guest experience. The location was perfect for exploring Fort Lauderdale, yet quiet enough to relax and enjoy the scenery.10/10 — we would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever booked!

Rudy was very responsive throughout the duration of our stay. The place was very clean and like the pictures. We used the grills and the pool. Easy check in and check out. I’d recommend Rudy’s place

Great Stay

Oh man do I miss the Iguana !!!!, it was such a treat for our family. It is a great location, just an hour drive to Miami and the property was very clean and cared for. Plus the Ft Lauderdale beach is just a couple of minutes away. Great place for families.

Excellent stay....great location

The place was exactly as described and photographed...great spot for two couples to stay. Close to downtown and was close to Dolphins stadium which was why I was in town. The host was great and the check in was easy. I did not swim but people in my party did and I was told it was great.

Nice place

We had a wonderful time here. The living room is spacious, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool was simply fantastic. The neighborhood is very, very quiet, but just a short car ride to all the fun things that brought us to Fort Lauderdale. We would certainly stay again if given the opportunity.
