Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the house and that the view made your stay even more special.
We’d love to welcome you back again for another great visit anytime!
Nicest home we have stayed in. Awesome view. Took care of minor issue promptly. Not a fan of the rental agreement we received after paying. Fortunately everything went smooth for us, but I would be very unhappy if they followed through with their agreement which says no refunds would be offered if there is no utilities.

We're happy everything went smoothly during your stay, and we truly appreciate you sharing your perspective. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
The house was exactly as presented in the pics. It’s in perfect condition, clean as a whistle, and the views are amazing. Had a very relaxing weekend stay.

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad we were able to provide an enjoyable stay for you. We take a lot of pride in making sure our guests have a clean and comfortable home away from home experience. It's great that you were able to enjoy the views as well! We appreciate your positive review and hope you come back to visit us again soon.
The pictures and description are on point! From the moment that I booked the reservation to checking out, Colonial Properties were fantastic to work with!! The house was immaculate, and the view was spectacular!!
The only small things...No hair dryer, no salt and pepper and I would have like instructions on heating/cooling and TVs.
I would definitely go back there and recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Thank you for choosing What a View! for your recent vacation, Nick. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found our descriptions and pictures to be accurate!
We truly appreciate your recommendation to others and look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay!
"What a View" is such an appropriate name. The advertised pictures are accurate and the entire home was very clean. Yes - stay here! BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom w/walk in shower. One is on the main floor (i.e. no steps) and 2 are downstairs. Note: no hair dryer, so pack yours. BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms one off kitchen) Adorable welcome boxes with starter soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Well stocked TP :) KITCHEN: Updatead and clean kitchen. Also a cute welcome box with small dish soap, new sponge and 2 laundry pods. Note: because this is a managed property it is void of other guests "left over" supplies (which is a pro and con. It keeps it clean, but didn't have things like tin foil, spices, etc..which is fine, just good to know before you get up the big hill. There is a grocery store in town where you can pickup these items. LIVING ROOM: Cozy, comfortable chairs and couches. There is a gas fireplace (but, we couldn't figure out how to use it and were only there 2 days, so I didn't bother calling). You can get the full view of the mountains from inside the house with a wall of sliding glass doors. Also a TV area downstairs. THE DECKS: Decks with chairs on each level make enjoying the outdoors easy. There is a hot tub on the lower deck which we took advantage of 1 night. It was very clean.THE COMMUNICATION: Amazing - one of the best I've had with a short term rental. Emails and texts always keeping you updated.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We're thrilled to hear that "What a View!" lived up to its name and that you enjoyed the cleanliness, amenities, and of course — the incredible mountain views. 😊
We’re glad the layout of the home worked well for your group, and we appreciate your helpful notes for future guests (like the heads-up about the hair dryer and pantry items). Your comments about the welcome boxes, bathrooms, and hot tub are especially appreciated — we love knowing those touches made your stay more comfortable.
Apologies for the fireplace confusion — we’re always happy to assist with things like that, even during short stays. We’ll make sure instructions are a little clearer moving forward.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the communication. We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
This property was very clean and there were plenty of supplies to see us through the week. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive. We would love to come back! View were spectacular!!
