Powered primarily by solar energy, this home features high-efficiency appliances, water-saving plumbing, and a robust recycling system for a sustainable and comfortable stay.

The house offers three spacious and cozy bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms sharing a hallway bathroom. Step outside to a private patio with a refreshing swimming pool, ideal for family fun or relaxation. The modern kitchen offers a seamless view of the pool area, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while preparing meals. For added comfort, enjoy the outdoor gazebo or relax on the modern deck, complete with a BBQ grill for family cookouts.

Though not directly on the beach, the property is just a short drive (about 1 mile) from the beautiful beaches of La Parguera, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters, snorkeling, and the famous bioluminescent lagoon. There’s plenty of family-friendly outdoor activities nearby, including kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking, and windsurfing. Be sure to ask about local kayak and boat tours, as well as tennis lessons for all ages.

A serene oasis is what Albit and Aura provide with their beautiful home. I can’t say enough great things about the home or them. Really attentive and welcoming hosts ready to help with anything. Wow, we cannot say enough incredible things about our stay in Puerto Rico! Albit and Aura were the best hosts and thought of absolutely everything to make our stay flawless and unforgettable. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do locally were perfect as well. They had the most gorgeous house that we felt like we were staying at a resort! The cleanliness and attention to detail were second to none. By far, we would recommend Albit and Aura's place and would love to come back one day! 10/10!

Great Place to Stay in La Parguera, PR

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in La Parguera! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The house was spotless and in perfect condition—everything was well-maintained and incredibly clean. The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to explore.The hosts were extremely attentive, kind, and always available if we had any questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.Our entire family had a wonderful time, especially our kids who absolutely loved it. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Puerto Rico!

Exploring La Parguera

Aura and Albit have a beautiful home and are great hosts. The house was clean and very welcoming. The pool was a definite plus and we used it every day. We also walked into town almost every day to eat lunch and dinner. There are several restaurants to choose from. This is a vacation we will never forget.

Like I said everything a person would want cool breeze ocean view pool it was a nice beautiful property and a nice area. Everything a person needs except for groceries and beverage. Our house were excellent. Understood our language and treated us like family. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to be!

The house has what you need for kids and adults to enjoy games, swim, relax in comfort - in a quiet neighborhood, close to the heart of La Parguera!! And the hosts who were away, were just wonderful and stayed in-touch. Would highly recommend it!!

The best house and hosts in La Parguera. We have been on several occasions, and each time we enjoy it more. The house is always in impeccable condition, in a good neighborhood, and super comfortable. Love it!

Wonderful experience

This was the best rental experience we have had as a family. This is a beautiful property that has an excellent location to explore La Parguera and Cabo Rojo. The host is fantastic and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. If you are looking to stay in this part of Puerto Rico with family, this is the place to stay.

A stay for forever memories

My family and I loved this house. Everything was true to the pictures. Albit was a great host. Very communicative and thoughtful. The house was supper clean and tons of games and activities to do. The pool was amazing. The area is fun and safe. Nothing but good memories all around.

Excellent Parguera property

It was excellent for a family with two teenagers. We had the pool available and a lot of ganes. The place was comfortable and clean. This is our second time there and we love it. Thanks a lot. You have a lovely home.

Fantastic outdoor living in Parguera

This house has everything one needs for a relaxing vacation centered around outdoor living. The patio area is perfectly planned, with ample pool space, a great kitchen area, and endless breezes. The bedrooms are quaint and the ACs inside each room are nice and cold. The bathrooms are spacious. Water access, boat tours, and the town are easily accessible, and beautiful beaches are within a 40 minute drive. Overall a great option for Parguera living!

Beautiful house

This is an amazing vacation home. It has everything you need. Lots of areas to take a break and relax. Pool is beautiful. We got to use the cooler and chair when we went to the beach. Rooms are big and have enough storage for your luggage. Host is very communicative and attentive to your needs. Definitely one of the best place we have stayed so far. Looking forward for our next vacation and definitely this will be our top house to stay at.

Very Nice House at La Parguera

The house and the hosts are great. The house is as-described. It has nice shaded and sunlit sitting areas by the pool with views of the ocean and cayos (keys). Throw in a grill and hammocks, and it begs relaxing. LaParguera offers many water activities, but access to a beach (without a boat) is a 30 plus minute drive.

FANTASTIC STAY!

We just returned from staying at Aura and Albit's property over the holiday and new year, and we can't say enough good things. The combination of a great, beautiful property, an amazing location that is fun and laid back, and our amazing hosts made this one of the best rentals we have ever booked. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen/living area is huge and well stocked. Our 2 young kids loved the house as well and had plenty to keep them occupied. We spent most of the days lounging in and around the pool, or laying in the hammocks. We also went with the host's recommendation for water activities (snorkeling and visiting the cays) and we had a fantastic time. Thank you for everything, Aura and Albit! We look forward to returning!

Great spot, could not be happier

This house was beautiful. Just like the photos. Our group had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the pool. Beautiful views. Clean. The host was super friendly and would check in to see if we needed help. This house it not right in town. We were glad once we got there and understood the layout of the area. Close to town. I will say for awareness, the town has restaurants and shops but they are not always open. We drove to beaches and waterfalls and the gps worked well. We enjoyed the bioluminescent water. Great house and area if staying on this side of island. Thanks again!

Beautiful Property

The house sits near the top of a hill and catches a wonderful breeze. The private pool is beautiful and there are multiple seating choices both in and out of the sun and seated and lying down. We did not want to leave the pool area and we did not need to, as there is also a nice table for in the shade where we took many of our meals. The owner is very kind and kept in touch with us. The bedrooms had air conditioning and ceiling fans, so we were very comfortable. We have no complaints about this house, as it was very well equipped and the owner, Albit, thought of nearly everything. If you are looking for a beautiful view of the ocean and want to really relax, this is the place. We found the layout of the town to be a bit of a challenge, but figured it out by the end of the week. We would come back here again.

Fantastic! 5 stars are not enough

We absolutely loved the house, it is so much better than the photos. The pool and outdoor spaces are magical, like something from a magazine. Everything is clean, everything works and it is a relaxing comfortable place to live. Albit and Aura are just wonderful, kind, warm people, they made us so welcome with fruit and wine and kindness. At night the garden lights up with fairy lights, and you can sit under the huge covered terrace and enjoy it all. There are views over the little islands and it is a quiet peaceful residential area. The bedroom air on is super efficient and quiet and there are ceiling fans too. The extra loo out by the pool is a useful addition to the one ensuite and one hallway bathroom. The showers are large and easy to use with plenty of hot water, there is an outdoor hot shower by the pool too. There is a large covered parking area and a small convienience store about 3 minutes drive. We have stayed in 4 different homes during this trip to PR and this one is our whole parties favourite by some way. We would return here anytime and will recommend to any friends who want a trip here.

Amazing rental

My family stayed at Albit and Aura's house for a few nights while traveling around PR. First and foremost, Albit and Aura were so kind and responsive. I could genuinely tell that they cared about our stay and wanted us to enjoy ourselves. That meant a lot to us. Their house is gorgeous, the pool and the view are to die for, and the town of Parguera is amazing. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Our young children (and we) had a blast relaxing in the pool and swinging in the hammocks. My husband, the cook of the family, really enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen with the views of the pool. We shopped at the M&M market down the road, had a special father's day lunch at Puerto Parguera (try their fresh-caught whole snapper!) near the water, shopped at the souvenir stands, and went out on a boat for the Bio Bay tour, which was a delight for our young kids. Sigh. The only regret I have is not trying the shark pincho! The only not-100% positive comment that I will make is that it does take a bit of work to get to an actual beach. We tried Playa Rosada but it looked like COVID had affected the facilities. Playa Sucia was lovely but it was a drive. On our next trip, we will definitely kayak through the mangroves and visit Mata la Gata. NOTE: This should not deter you from renting this gorgeous property; just heads up that it may take some planning if you want to bum on the beach. The trip was stellar. We were there for four days only and wish it had been 12! A^2, we look forward to returning! Thanks for everything. .

The location is everything! The home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. We celebrated a marriage, our son and his new wife, as well as a birthday, and it was the perfect place for it all. This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Hopefully we’ll be welcomed back for a third! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our stay so enjoyable. We’re grateful for such a great experience.
