beautiful place but disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the surround sound is not out on the deck while enjoying the ocean. i had to USE MY PHONE for music like i was camping in the woods. the owner knew that speaker was out and have never replaced it. may sound petty but i expect that when im on vacation with friends while sipping on coffee or a glass of wine!

Sit in living or dining room and watch the waves-hear the waves even see dolphins! Place updated main floor kitchen and bathrooms-started to update masters-needs new sliders-deck huge could use updating as stairs to beach in need of updating! Location midway to everything !

Wonderful

So close to the beach! Our family of 10 spent Saturday to Saturday there for spring break and we have no complaints. Roomy, comfortable, and inviting describe White Caps. Having two "1" YEAR olds this year made it challenging but with being 40 yards from back door to water made it easily manageable. Parking for 3 vehicles was a plus. Close to restaurants , shopping, and drug stores.
