I am a retired engineer and my wife has her own travel agency and because of that we are very familiar with the hospitality field. We have tried to make our place a very comfortable living environment with all the amenities and if you ever need anything additional or help with anything we could be your personal concierge next door.

The area is exceptionally safe, making it perfect for leisurely walks beneath the canopy of mature trees and among beautifully crafted architecture. It’s a quiet, private community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere—ideal for those who appreciate both serenity and charm.

The private backyard is a true standout feature that sets this property apart. We've thoughtfully remodeled the space to include a charming gazebo, now draped with a mature grapevine and surrounded by a cozy new sitting area. At night, the gazebo glows with hanging lights that create a warm, romantic ambiance—perfect for unwinding or entertaining. The yard also features a large raised planter filled with vibrant flowers and greenery, alongside a smaller companion planter for added color. You can even grow your own spices in the large planter if you stay long enough
