This GORGEOUS beach home is the most perfect place to relax and unwind!
Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (1 mile to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!
The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

The second floor hosts two King bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, both with private access to beautiful porches.
The third floor houses one more King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom + private porch access, and the kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of Full-over-Full built-in bunks + a sleeper sofa + a kitchenette, and a spacious area for playing. There is a pack n' play and air mattress available upon request.

There is parking available for 2 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, pool, fire pit, or other amenities provided to guests.
