Escapada en Wimaway ..

Urbanización cerrada, dúplex de tres pisos, 4192 EAST COUNTY HWY. 30A, SEAGROVE FLORIDA 32459, con tres porches, 5 dormitorios, 5 baños, piscina y acceso a playa privada. Recientemente renovado con pintura, alfombra y muebles. Está a menos de dos millas de Seaside y es mejor si todo en el lado sur de 30a.
Wimaway tiene cinco habitaciones, cuatro con camas king size y baños privados y una habitación con tres camas individuales, que también cuenta con baño privado. Hay tres nuevos sofás cama con excelentes colchones.
Se proporcionan al menos 10 sillas de playa, con varias sombrillas. Hay una carpa en el garaje que los huéspedes pueden usar. Tenemos tres bicicletas para adultos y unas 6 bicicletas para niños pequeños.
Hay balcones de cuatro balcones. Las habitaciones son grandes con mucha privacidad.

La piscina de Wimaway está justo al lado del balcón. Camina unos 50 escalones y sube al paseo marítimo que baja hasta la arena ... fácil.

Our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful home was absolutely amazing! Susan is very responsive and a wonderful host. The house is beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen and very comfortable. We had ample room to spread having living spaces on all 3 floors. Just a few steps to the private beach. Thanks for renting to our family.

We had an amazing stay at Wimaway. The accommodations were everything that was advertised. We were minutes from the beach and minutes to all of the local restaurants and bars. The home was well appointed, the beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Family of 14 at Wimaway

So pleased with the sleeping arrangements as all 4 couples had comfortable king sized beds, the 2 babies had pack and plays in their parents closets and the other 4 grandchildren had the bedroom with 2 full sized beds. Everyone was comfortable and each family had our bathrooms!

Best Beach Trip Yet!

Property was ideal. Great location, super easy access, incredibly clean, had EVERYTHING we needed. Fit all 14 of us comfortably. Host is amazing! Helpful, easy to communicate with, and just super sweet. Our family hadn’t had a beach vacation all together since 2020. It was so good for the soul. Lots of wonderful memories made! You WON’T be disappointed! Highly recommend!

We just loved this house. Perfect for everything we wanted to do. Three balconies, a pool right off the back, and less than a city block away from the beach. Would absolutely go here again!

Great location on the beach. Plenty of room for our 10 guests. Teens enjoyed the pool area in the evenings. Moms enjoyed the patios. Sugar sand beaches are the best. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay! Private Beach access!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Wimaway! The 3 levels in the home is perfect layout for multiple familys and provides plenty of room for everyone. It also provides easy access on each level. The location is perfect, its quiet but has shopping ,eateries and an ice cream shop within walking distance. It is a SHORT walk to the PRIVATE beach which is a huge deal. We did not have to fight for space on the beach as is the case for those in public access areas. This alone makes Wimaway a must stay! The host Susan is probably the biggest reason to stay here, she is gracious, informative and very quick to respond to any needs that arise. We had an issue at the end of our stay and she was so kind and understanding making this a truly amazing trip for the whole family! Thanks again Susan!

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful and well-appointed home. Amazing property manager who was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. So close a beautiful private beach. The house is stocked with everything you can think of from the kitchen to the garage. Bikes, toys, baby gear.. literally everything. Super comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. We could walk to coffee shop, donuts, ice cream and fresh seafood. WE LOVED IT! We will be back!

Family of 17 Vacation

Our family of 17, (my husband and I, 3 children and spouses, and 9 grandchildren, 1 yr to 10 yrs) spent a week at Wimaway. Wimaway was delightful and easily accommodated all of us. It really is a great location and has very close, easy beach access. Susan is wonderful!!! We had a couple issues that needed attention. She responded right away and had repairmen out very quickly. (They were friendly and efficient.) She made sure all was well. Houses have things happen beyond our control and this was one of those situations. We were very impressed with how Susan took care of things and how well she communicated with us....the awesome reviews I read about her were definitely true. . Our family had a fantastic time. Several grandchildren kept giving us hugs and saying "Thank you, this is the BEST Christmas present EVER!!!" We definitely would like to return to Wimaway.

Fall Break Trip

The house and location was perfect for our group of 12, five families with teens. House was decently stocked for our needs. Private beach access was awesome!! The owner was having trouble communicating via VRBO during our stay, but otherwise she was wonderful to work with. We would love to book again next year for our last fall break with our seniors!!

Totally perfect

Family of 10 enjoyed 6 nights at this property. The space was perfect for our family. The multiple bathrooms were very beneficial after a day on the beach, before dinner out. The beds were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Each level has an exterior door, which is helpful with littles ones that nap & for privacy. We hope to return very soon!

Hidden Gem Highly Recommend

We vacay in this area every year and have stayed at many places. The newly built, older and much of anything in between. This property is a very nicely designed duplex where our crew of 16 had the one side. 4 levels made perfect for all to have privacy from 10 year olds all the way to teens. The pool is like private because this duplex and the one behind share as is the way for all the duplexes. Really nice and incredible water pressure outside showers and hoses by the pool, plus in the home. Ice cold air. The beach is super close with security coded private access. The cherry on top was the private umbrella and wood chairs. This is a private beach so there are just the duplex folks who beach here. High class wooden beach setup meant we carried very little to the beach. Beach is like white flour perfect. Water super clear. Perfect location for going either direction on 30a to Rosemary - we brought electric scooters fun times. Highly recommend this home. The owner was available whenever needed. Oh and I almost forgot the garage is stocked with bikes and it is so convenient. Five stars!!!!!

Amazing!

What an amazing week at Wimaway! The house was large and easily accommodated our family of 14 with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. It’s located inside a gated area so we felt very safe. It’s comfortable, well maintained and very kid friendly. The garage was full of chairs, bikes, sand toys, etc which Susan, the owner, told us we were welcome to use. The house is conveniently located only steps from the beach on the south side of 30A. A big plus for us was this area of the beach is low density, so shared by only a few properties. Additionally, because no one was staying at the adjacent property, we had the semi-private pool all to ourselves. Susan was friendly and very welcoming. She called us on our trip down and told us to call or text if we needed anything. Upon arriving we discovered the AC on one floor was not cooling properly. She immediately responded. Even though it was late in the day, she had a repairman there within the hour. He quickly and efficiently made the necessary repairs. During the week, she texted to see if we needed anything. We all agree that this was our best trip to 30A. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Wimaway, is well appointed. It has terrific beach access, with great ocean breezes and glimpses of the ocean. There are not roads to cross. It is gated which keeps the crowds off of our beach. Seaside is less than two miles away. There are wonderful restaurants withing walking distance of our property. There is a swimming pool just off the balcony, with palm trees and green space. We have a garage to put ocean toys, with ample parking for 3-4 vehicles.

Our property is on the south side of 30A. (No streets to cross). We have a terrific swimming pool. There are balconies off of 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We have a kitchenette downstairs which makes beach refreshments so accessible. This is the first rental season for our home.
