We went on a guy's getaway trip and everything was perfect. We fished on the dock, got the bonfire going, used the kayaks and listened to a bunch of music with zero complaints from the neighbors. The space was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was super clean upon arrival and all the instructions were concise and helpful. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful home that was perfect for my adult sons and grandparents. Quiet lake with many water toys to use. Excellent communication from Ivan with easy check in/out process. Loved that we weren’t too far from restaurants and shopping, too! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, Ivan!

This is an amazing house and property! The home is very clean with an excellent layout. There is plenty of space to spread out but still be together. Two of the bedrooms are in the lower level and connected so you have to walk through one to get to the other which makes them perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable., there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. Having all the water toys was a great bonus. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit but maybe next time. Ivan was quick to respond to any questions and check in and out was very easy. Our only regret was that we were only there for the weekend!

Excellent lake front property with the appropriate lake activity equipment all in good condition. Good fishing lake. Deck and sitting area down at the lake were in great condition. Garage games were good diversion on the rainy days. Home is very roomy and well cared for. We were a group of 10 and never felt crowded. Plenty of space. More open space than you get from the pictures. Downstairs is in 3 sections. Bathroom at the bottom of the stairs, then a bedroom with the sliding door to the lake, then a bedroom with a widow. To get to that bedroom you come downstairs, past the bathroom and through the slider bedroom. We were one family so privacy of the slider bedroom was not an issue for us as it may be for others. Again, more roomy than the pictures show. Communication with the host, Ivan, was excellent and fast. I highly recommend this vrbo and will return the next time we are in the area.

Nice home on a nice, quiet small lake. Everything was as advertised and it was a great place for our kids. The kids could paddle about the lake and there was no real worry about boat traffic. Nice and relaxing.

This was our second time to stay here for a ski weekend. We love the location and the cozy, clean house that has plenty of space for two families of four. Ivan is so accommodating and always makes us feel welcome. Our kids can’t wait for next year’s ski trip!

They literally have everything you need. I’m always skeptical with hosts who list that because I love English tea. Believe it or not they even have a kettle! (I always bring mine just in case)The kids absolutely loved it. We brought our 3 children. Everyone had something they could do in the water, which was super helpful. Plenty of room for extra friends or family too! We only utilized the first floor but the pictures were accurate! The double garage door kept a wonderful breeze when they wanted to play table tennis/foosball. Checkout expectations were not unreasonable if they expect many people staying, we had no problem finding anything.The host also made sure to message us ahead of time with a “Things to do in the area” list which was super helpful when it came to finding a grocery store. It was peaceful, neighbors were polite, playing on the water was a breeze, and if you wake up early enough and are quiet, you get to experience the wildlife. We were able to capture photos of baby birds nesting, a bunny, many MANY turtles, and last but not least a river otter!! We definitely plan to make it a regular visit. Thanks to Ivan for allowing us a little bit of peace and happiness before our school year begins.

This location was wonderful! The lake rarely had anyone else on it so it we spent lots of time kayaking, paddle boarding and loved loved loved the paddle boat ! The fire pit was great and we loved sitting there during the day under the shade. The house was immaculate and plenty of space. We let him know the electric tea pot was broken and a new one was delivered the very next day ! It is located out in the country but it was an easy drive to other quaint towns so you got the best of both worlds It was plenty of space for 8 people. Do know that to get to one of the bedrooms you have to walk through another one to get to it. It worked fine for us because the kids were in the room by their parents. Ivan was so helpful with any questions we had. Plenty of Towles, kitchen supplies and supplies for the washer dryer. We never got around to playing ping pong or foosball because we had so much other things to do Make sure to go to Saugatuck it is has great places to eat and shop and is so unique. Get pizza at Vitale's of Allegan Burgers and dogs at Reds Rootbeer and family drive in that makes their rootbeer. I hope to come back soon !

Great place for a weekend getaway

An idyllic setting enabling lake activities for all age groups. Indoors provided plenty of space and privacy for us nine adults. Although we made one trip to Kalamazoo, which included a stop at Bell’s for “Two Hearted”, a favorite beer,and to Trader Joe for groceries, we mainly had home-cooked dinners in the well-suppled kitchen. A great location!
