Waterfront - Magnificent Sunsets - Direct Water Access

Unique open floor plan - please note no room (except bathroom) is separated floor to ceiling (high ceilings)- both bedrooms have a door. Beautiful view from back deck. Gas barbecue and table with umbrella on back deck. Steps away from tidal bay - enjoy skipping rocks, looking for hermit crabs, watch the swans and other birds. Shaded eating area in front in quiet courtyard area. Plenty of light through many windows and sliding glass doors. Built in sitting area with room for 2-3 to sleep on couch, plenty of art books. Lower level has level grass area for croquet, laying out in the sun or sitting in Adirondack chairs under gazebo.

Picture of house being built(see the view) and my sister trying to help - This house was built by our father when we were growing up. There is a railing on the deck now but still parents are cautioned to watch their young children near stairs and sea wall.
