Great location

Stayed at Windsor Hills 35 yrs ago. Complex still looks great; unfortunately this condo is in need of some attention.

Uniformly out other guests have given us a 5 star review. We acquired the unit at the end of May and we are doing everything to make sure our guests have a great experience by continuously improving it based on their feedback. While you are not obligated to specify what you think needs attention it would help us to create a better experience. If you would be so kind to do so. It will also help us to make site we ate on track for future improvements. As an example we recently added 3 new smart TVs: a small one in both bedrooms and a large one in the living room. We are excited that in October (waiting for the Company to schedule us) the entire fireplace will be replaced with a beautiful electric flame and an entire stone wall around it that we hope will be the centerpiece in the condo, We love the place ourselves and found it quiet and cozy when staying there . We especially like the view, location, pool, nice linens, towels and convenience of all the dishwater and cooking utensil etc. We are aware that the 2 bathrooms, while adequate, could use updating and we are working to get that done in the next months. We strive for 5 stars and are committed to continuous improvement. ,

White mountain stay

We loved the property, talking and checking in with the owner were great. The place as far as clean needed sheets changed, floor was not vacuumed, dust bunnies and shower was not cleaned. loved the location and how easy access it was.

Beautiful Site for a beautiful wedding

The property was all that and more of how described. We were up for a family wedding and our rental became the gathering place for my husband’s family, all coming from afar. It was very relaxing and all loved the location and the condo. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing weekend. Thank you

Great Area

Property is in the middle of a lovely community. Walking distance to common are with lots of stores, eateries and fun. We enjoyed all the walks we had. Pet friendly which was a plus for us as well. Had some small concerns but the owner was very understanding and resolved the issue at once.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again! There was a little confusion regarding one amenity… on my VRBO app home page, it shows the property has air conditioning. However it does not. I communicated with the owner and he was quick to respond. However, they do provide several fans to cool the rooms. The location is great and it is pet friendly. We recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Great stay in Waterville Valley

We had a great time in Waterville Valley. The condo was spacious and comfortable just as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our family. Great views of Mount Tecumseh from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped; I recommend the Compton Cupboard for groceries on the drive in. Great location to stay for summer hiking; it was a short walk to the trailhead for a great hike to Jennings Peak and Sandwich Mountain. Check in and communications with host very easy. Will plan to return.
