Privately-Situated Forest Knoll Condo Near Town Square, Perfect for Families

This spacious Forest Knoll 3 bedroom, 2,200 sq. ft. condo is privately situated in the rear of the building offering forest views and is within a short stroll to Waterville Valley Town Square, the athletic center, golf course, sledding hill and 1 trolley stop to the ski mountain (last stop before arriving at ski mountain, first stop when returning home). The unit is also convenient to mountain bike and hiking trail systems.

D1 was recently updated and comes fully equipped! The main level includes a large open kitchen, living and dining area with a TV, gas fireplace and four-season screened in porch. In addition, this level also includes the master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom, as well as a separate half bath in the hallway. The lower level offers a bonus room complete with a TV, gas fireplace, mini kitchen, pull-out daybed (pulls out to a king) and porch. Down the hall is a second master bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath and an additional separate bedroom with bunk beds (2 sets of twins) and separate full bath. The large utility closet includes a washer and dryer and plenty of space to hang/dry ski clothes.

Use of the Mountain Athletic Club facilities (indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, racquetball, fitness room) is available to renters for a nominal fee.

We are a non-smoking, no-pet property and request only inquiries from 30+ years old.

Comfortable townhouse

We traveled with family to attend a local graduation. The house worked well but I would suggest coffee for at least one morning and toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper.

Tons of space, great location

Tons of space, absolutely spotless and great communication/info from the hosts. Walkable to the town center area, golf, and tennis center. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying in the future for tennis at Waterville Valley!

Great location with all the amenities

The condo was conveniently located next to Waterville Valley ski resort and short distance to the Waterville Valley Town Square. The unit is large enough for a large family or two families vacationing together. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub for soaking & relaxing We had everything we needed in the kitchen for Christmas baking and meals. We hope to visit again with friends and highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful space for families with kids and lots of space!

Very clean, tons of space, decor is nice. We absolutely loved this property. Living room upstairs for family to watch tv together and huge space downstairs for kids if they wanted to play or do board games. Both had fireplaces which made it super cozy when snowing out. Beds were super comfy, lots of blankets provided. I would definelty stay here again!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was right there - it was very well organized. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and once we know the dates for our conference next year would like to rent this home again.

Great family adventure

We were 7 ( my hubby, me, my son, daughter in law and 3 grand kiddies) Lots of room , comfy beds , great location . In spite of crazy weather we had access to the Athletic Club. Lots of fun at Corcoran Pond . Easy ride to Lake Winnipesaukee and also to Santa’s Village. Hope to return to make more family memories

Christmas in the Valley

We celebrated Christmas in Waterville this year at your condo. Everything was perfect. The condo was a great size for everyone to spread out. Very clean and had everything you would need to make an enjoyable vacation.I did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed.The condo was even decorated for the holidays.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I just spent a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Waterville Valley many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kate, the condo owner, was very quick at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look into booking it again on our next Waterville Valley visit.

Pleasant, clean family condo

Our family of five adults and one child enjoyed our stay at this pleasant condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, with linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen had a nice supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The condo is well located—easy walking distance to the recreation, athletic center, and town square. The owners are very communicative and helpful.

Perfect place

This has a perfect layout. Everything you need from cooking to linens. We were only two but the lower level is perfect for another family with children. We only had our daughter and granddaughter for one night but they had their own area. Waterville Valley has lots to do and if you geocache there are lots to find.

Wonderful place!

We drove 7 hours to get to this condo and we were delighted with the place. Very clean, light and bright and plenty of room to stretch out in. The three of us had our own bedroom and our own bathroom, which were clean and neat. Could have had more facecloths but had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked but I wish there had been a Kurig type coffee machine. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your great home. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic weekend retreat

We stayed for two nights at Kate and Jon's condo and could not have been more pleased. The unit is 5 star, with comfortable beds, great furniture, lots of towels and is well set up for a family or group of friends with tons of sleeping space. Kate and Jon were great at answering questions quickly and accurately before we arrived and quick to respond to a question during our stay. The place is impeccably clean, too. I hope we will have another opportunity to rent this condo. Oh, and our teens loved the facilities at the Waterville valley club on a rainy day-- nice pool, great gym, and very close to the condo. Highly recommend!
