Great location

Perfect location, big space that fit 4 comfortably. The only downside was we had to do a room switch in the middle of our stay. I would stay here again.

Adorable hidden gem

Tucked quietly behind popular shops on Thames Street with a view of the ocean you can’t beat this cute little apartment to stay in for your vacation to Newport! Clean, quiet, parking and best location!

Our August Visit

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal. The unit was clean and had a great view. The pricing was a bit higher than expected, but we understand Newport is in high demand. We would definitely stay here again.

. There was brown water coming out of the faucets. The resort kept telling us that it is about to be renovated and that was one of the reasons. We were very disappointed and felt extremely inconvenienced. We were told to get filtered water to brush our teeth.

This was not a known issue until the day after the guest checked in. Offered to refund and have guest go elsewhere but they declined. Still sent a partial refund for the inconvenience which the guest fails to mention here....we feel that under the circumstances beyond our control, we did our best to address the issues. Resort IS about to undergo major renovations, so any potential issues will be addressed in about 2 weeks.

Great location, incomplete advertisement

The location of the condo in downtown Newport was great, and host communication during booking was outstanding. She even helped me rebook to get the preferred price when the portal tried to increase my nightly rate for the weekend portion of my stay. The room was good size with a small living room and large panel window with full kitchenette. The rooftop deck was a 360 view of the harbor and downtown (firework view on July 4th were amazing). The downside: the property photos in the booking portal showed waterfront view, and we did not get that. It was a hotel set up, and we were assigned a room at check-in that did not have a water view. The hotel was dated, and the one elevator was dual use with cleaning staff, and emptied into a basement lobby that doubled as a bar entrance; just meaning it was an inconvenience every time to use the slow/busy elevator. Parking was not the easiest to negotiate in the limited garage. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay again, but the price matched the condition, and was by far the cheapest in the downtown area.

Thank you. We are sorry you were unhappy. The listing does state that it is a resort and rooms are assigned at check in, and pictures show both views possible. We do have other locations in the area, so if you come to Newport again, let us know and maybe you can give them a try!
