Welcome to your Newport home away from home! This newly renovated studio is tucked away on a quiet residential street between Spring Street and Bellevue Avenue, putting you in the heart of Newport and within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, shops, the waterfront and many of the city’s best attractions.

Completely refurbished in a fresh, quintessentially Newport style, the studio features a comfortable king-size bed, private bathroom, private entrance and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. WiFi and AC are included, and street parking is available. Dogs are welcome too!

The studio is located on the lower level of our family home. It’s a great fit for guests used to city living, but you should expect some light everyday household noise from above. If you’re looking for a fresh, comfortable and incredibly central base for experiencing Newport, this is the perfect spot.

Luke was on top of everything from arrival to departure. Great location, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in the area.

I booked a last minute getaway with my sister and this property was perfect for our needs! Luke was a very responsive host and communicated check in instructions early and clearly. The room is very clean and recently renovated, and was the perfect home base for our couple of nights in Newport. It is within a 5-15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Thames St. and an easy 5-10 minute drive to the cliff walk and historic mansions. As mentioned in the posting, you can hear some kid and pet noise from the home above the property. The hosts provide a sound machine and it was not disruptive at all to our stay. Street parking is limited, but we were able to find a space without too long of a walk. We would return to this rental if we’re back in Newport!
