The resort itself is family-friendly, with plenty of open space, a pool, and a hot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. We’re sorry to hear that there were aspects of the unit that didn’t fully meet your expectations. The Whaler's village and Ka'anapali Beach are both within easy walking distance of our condo, and it offers shopping, a great little convenience store, food, activities and more. One of the best spots on island. We appreciate you being our guest, and hope you will come back to visit again soon. Mahalo!

We do appreciate your favorable comments regarding our condo, we were however quite surprised to learn of the disappointing condition of our linens and the guest bathroom. We have immediately addressed this issue with our cleaning operator and have been assured that this oversight was an exception. Our supervisor will be reporting on each check out to monitor with much more frequency and scrutiny to be sure this does not happen again. Mahalo.

Thank you for your kind review, Michael. We're glad the condo worked out so well for you. We had not heard our prior guests having issues with their car being cited after registering. We will be sure to check with the resort on that. The Maui experience is one famous for relaxing in paradise. Most pools on island don't allow Marco Polo for this reason.
