Gulf View Home on Cape San Blas


Welcome to Beach Happy! New to the rental market in 2023, this spacious 3-bedroom 3.5 bath townhome sleeps 6 comfortably, and is located in the quiet gated community of SeaCliffs on Cape San Blas. Sea Cliffs can be found at the northern end of the Cape adjacent to the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Beach Happy overlooks the large community swimming pool, playground, and is just steps away from the dune walkover to the secluded white sand beach.


The main floor offers a spacious living, kitchen, dining area and half bath; comfortably decorated and ideal for group gatherings. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the covered balcony and enjoy the lovely gulf views. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook could possibly need, including a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, slow cooker and plenty of pots, pans and dishes. The living room also has a 55" SmartTV with YouTube TV. Fiber optic wireless internet is also provided throughout the unit. There has been new living room and dining room furniture added as of February 2026


On the second floor there is a king suite featuring a private balcony with gulf views and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a vanity with double sinks. The second floor also has a queen bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bath/shower combination. Both bedrooms on this level are equipped with Smart TVs. Both bathrooms were renovated in March 2025.


The third floor is a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and Smart TV. The private bath has a walk-in tile shower and a vanity with double sinks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony with breathtaking gulf views.


On the ground floor a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy covered parking for two vehicles, a propane gas grill and an outdoor shower.


Your reservation also includes a $250 beach credit for beach gear.


Boat parking is available in the community. Beach Happy is a non-smoking unit and pet free.

The condo is very nice, well equipped, & clean in a lovely complex. The only problem was not being allowed to use the elevator. Being in our 70’s & 20 steps per level, it’s unfortunately a dealbreaker for a return stay to this unit; otherwise, we would.

Great location

The complex was well maintained. Easy access to beach Condo was clean and kitchen well equipped. There were some issues with the ice maker. Feel that we should have also been informed that the elevator was not operating prior to booking. Climbing 3 flights of stairs got old real fast

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that y'all had a great time. Unfortunately, the property does have an elevator, but it's not advertised to be used since the owner doesn't allow guests to have access to it.

I had to switch our dates because of an emergency back surgery and they were very accommodating and understanding. The resort is nice and quiet, quaint and calm. Perfect location. Condo was clean and well stocked. Right across from the pool, which the kids loved. It could of been much cooler, but thats not the rental company's issue. It was so warm we couldn't enjoy it in the afternoons, only in the mornings. Felt like a jacuzzi. But overall we loved the Cape and our stay!

We felt the overall decor and paint looked good and was functional. The living room furniture looked good. The couch spring sagged a bit. Outdoor spaces were excellent and much enjoyed. View of the gulf was great, especially from the top level. I really enjoyed the top deck for stargazing. Appliances worked well with exception of the toaster. There are allot of stairs so this is not a property that someone with mobility issues should consider. Beach access is fantastic.

It had everything we needed. A few wear and tear places but thats expected. The only downsides were I booked through VRBO, had contact through the app, then contact through the rental company and another contact with Breezeway which was alot to keep up with. Another downside was the pool was closed for “maintenance” and that was not disclosed on VRBO or Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals website so next time we vacation I will make sure that it is open.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Happy is a great place to stay. Rental was very clean & the kitchen well equipped with many pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. The location is my favorite part about the rental. Conveniently located to many things and a very short walk to the beach & pool. We rode bikes to the state park, Cone Heads, and to the trading post several times. Coastal Joe was easy to work with although the rental was still being cleaned when we arrived at 4:30pm. Thankfully we were able to hang out at the pool until it was available, though after driving all day, it would have been nice to have the rental ready especially considering checkout is at 10am. I think it is important for future renters to know there are 4 flights of stairs and the step tread is narrow. We are a young family, so this was fine for us, but I think helpful to know in a review because you cannot tell in the description and that may be difficult for some. The home has an elevator, would be helpful to have that available for renters, I've stayed in many rental homes with elevators that can be used.
