Private acreage with large trees and foliage that feels cozy and inviting. Large pool to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, whether from tree frogs, songbirds, deer or the occasional cow. Large family home for family reunions, weddings, or simple vacations. This home is a wonderful place to come and spend quality time with your family and friends relaxing and enjoying star gazing, but still conveniently located within an hour of multiple attractions, such as, fishing and boating, bike trails, swimming, and shopping. Simply 10 minutes south to Beaver Lake or east to Roaring River State Park, and 30 minutes to Eureka Springs, Rogers, or Bentonville Arkansas. pool opens in May closes end of September.

Wonderful host. Very trustworthy and accommodating. We were on motorcycles and were allowed to park inside the shop next to the house. Very, very sweet of the owners to allow us to do that. Highly recommend.

This was absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The home was clean and comfortable. There was enough seating space in the living rooms, at a dining room table, and outdoors for more than 4 people, unlike other properties. I will definitely be back for another stay.

The pool was a hit! It was easy to get to Eureka Springs, Bentonville, and Beaver Lake. The beds weren't very comfortable and we found out the garbage disposal didn't work AFTER we tried to use it. It was not clear it was out of order. The host was very attentive.

Roomy, clean and peaceful.

We were so blessed as a family to stay here while we visited Roaring River. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and hang out. We enjoyed the pool and the grill and it was very peaceful. It was a home away from home for us while we were on vacation.. Angie was very nice and said if we needed anything just to let her know.

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at the house. We spent a good amount of time together on the back porch watching the cows. The beds were very comfortable and the decorative touch with the Easter pieces really made it feel we were at home. We will definitely keep this house in mind we we travel to the area

Super Cute and Roomy Home

This home is very roomy and has everything needed for a large family. The contact with the owner was wonderful, as she responded immediately any time that I messaged. The pool is great although we didn't get to use it yet, but we will be back. It is a short drive to the Mark Twain National Park and Eureka Springs. Thanks again!

Wonderful Hostess!

The property is rural and very quiet. There is plenty of indoor space and outdoor space. We had an incident that could have become serious, but the hostess responded immediately and prevented any disruption to our stay.

Beautiful Place

As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed. The setup is perfect for large families with children. There's plenty of space to spread out and have quiet time if you needed it. You honestly don't need to bring any supplies for cooking or sleeping because they provide plenty of that. We were wanting to get away for a while in this place was perfect for us we definitely look forward to booking this place again when the pool is in season.

Four sisters traveled together. Three sisters that were raised together found another sister this past March. This house was the perfect place to spend time together and bond. We met a niece that joined us on Saturday. It was a great time had by all and the house was great!

Family trip

Very clean & beautifully fall decorated . We stayed there and drove to eureka springs to see the Passion play . The house was plenty big enough for the family. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something with accommodations for several people .

Nice quiet place

Aside from a few mice, this was the PERFECT getaway from the city! Wish it was a bit warmer so we could have taken advantage of the pool! Maybe next year! Thank you so much!

Mom’s Sweet 60

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. We all had tons of fun. The layout of the house made it perfect for everyone to have their own space but still all under one roof. The house was super cozy and the pool and deck were our favorite hang spots. I hope this becomes a yearly tradition for our family. We had an absolute blast! Any questions were promptly answered and the home was merely blocks from a full grocery store for last minute snacks.
