This place was wonderful. Just as the pictures and better. Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved waking up in the morning and seeing all the wild bunnies. Goats were adorable. Horse was beautiful. Nice walking path nearby. Would definitly stay again and highly recommend!

Host was awsome, put Balloons out for my husbands birthday, easy to get a hold of, loved the fresh sunflowers! Very Quiet neighborhood, especially in the middle of town. 1st trip to Tucson hope to be back soon, enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and Fun for the Family!

Very cute how they integrate the animals and the view is amazing. Kids will love it and adults will love the location and the ease of walking through the loop area to get to local restaurants.

Tucson Joy

Very easy to walk to restaurants and two different art and farmers market. Very quiet and well lit space with excellent amenities.

Great Fall Break

We had a wonderful stay! Carmenza was so hospitable and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Our kids loved interacting with the farm animals. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with things we needed. We highly recommend Carmenza and her cute farm property!

Classic Tucson

We loved the natural setting,the feel of the desert, convenience to everything,cleanliness, everything that we needed. Carmenza was very friendly and helpful.we enjoyed feeding the goats and horse. Couldnt ask for better.

Super nice place—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host, Carmenza, lives on-site, so you don't have to deal with a third-party property manager. The home has everything you could need. If you happen to forget something, there's a good chance it's already available at the house.If you're traveling with kids, there are games to keep them entertained, along with bunk beds. We brought our dog, and Carmenza had a fresh bowl of cool water waiting for him. She even left a cold pitcher of water in the refrigerator for us, which was a thoughtful touch.Carmenza also avoids using harsh chemicals in the home, so if you're sensitive to strong cleaning products, this is a great place to stay.We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Tucson. The covered carport is a huge bonus, especially when temperatures are over 100 degrees like they were during our visit. She also provides a binder filled with handwritten instructions, local recommendations, and helpful information. It really shows the personal pride and care she puts into her VRBO.The location is convenient to everything, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The farm animals were friendly and quiet, adding to the unique charm of the property.Overall, this place gets a big thumbs up from us. We only wish every VRBO was this well cared for.

Farm experience in the city

We loved Carmenza and her property! Carmenza was very friendly and accommodating. The house was delightful, with special touches like fresh daffodils in a vase. The goats provided a lot of entertainment, and it was fun to feed them banana peels. In addition, her property had a wide variety of birds. We would come back for sure!

Tucson treasure

We had a great time at Carmenza's. The location was perfect for our constant travels to family in the foothills. Just a couple miles away. The house is tucked away on a dead end so it is super quiet. You can access the river path just a block away. The property is next to some goats and a horse (Juno) who we visited everyday. The goats just had babies (days old when we arrived) so that was a special treat! I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We loved the fact it was quiet ex ept for wildlife and the animals. All of that was a definate plus for us. The house is semi-secluded (thankful for), the owner is very courteous and helpful when and if she is needed. The pictures shown are accurate for what you are getting. I highly recommend this property if you are going to be in Tucson and don't want the hotel price and or stoicism that comes with most. Thank you so much for your hospitality Carmenza, it was refreshing and much appreciated.

Loved the Urban Ranch!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Carmenza's urban ranch! She was very accommodating, friendly, respectful and on top of everything. Communication was great from the time of booking, helping us find ideas in the area, to the check in process and throughout the stay. You can tell she truly enjoys hosting and making people happy. The house has everything you will need for your stay, and is very clean, comfortable and spacious. You're close to everything, but it doesn't feel like you're within the city. We have two young kids and they loved getting to see the animals and even feed them. Carmenza also had toys and kids books in the house for them. They slept way better there than they do at home and were sad to leave, so that was great and speaks to the comfort of the home. Everything really was perfect, so glad we stayed here!

Juno and the goats - wonderful ranch style peaceful escape!

An amazingly comfortable and beautiful house with all the amenities you can think of! The huge windows offered stunning views of the light from the sun setting on the Catalina Mountains. The kitchen is large and has lots of storage. The area is quiet, though the night stillness is occasionally broken up by the fun songs of coyotes. The heating/cooling worked great and kept me very comfortable! The private front deck is a great place to watch the animals, Juno+the goats, and watch the sunrise and soak up some morning sun. Close to Coffee Shops, Supermarkets, Agricultural Farm, and Trader Joe's. Carmenza, Will, and Anastazia live at the main house and are super responsive. We had some lovely dinners under the Mesquite Tree. I'm very grateful I got a chance to stay at this peaceful and wonderful place! thank you, Carmenza and Will! I will definitely come back.
