Sandy Britches is located in WindMark Beach Community North. It is a newer home offering 4 bedrooms and 3 baths which includes an attached guest suite. The patio provides a relaxing vibe, just sit back and take in the beautiful gulf views and spectacular sunsets.

WindMark Beach Community North sits between Port Saint Joe and Mexico Beach, it provides all the amenities needed for a perfect get-away.

Bedroom 1: Features a king size bed with a private bathroom, sitting chair, dresser, ceiling fan, and 58" Smart TV. This master suite has a view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets. The bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Features a King Bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet. (Located in the attached guest suite)

Bedroom 3: Features a Queen bed, full-length mirror, ceiling fan, and closet.

Bedroom 4: Features two twin over full bunk beds, closet, and ceiling fan.

A second guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located between bedroom 3 and 4.

A third guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the attached guest suite.

Main Living Room: Large sectional couch with sleeper and 65-inch Smart TV (please log into your own apps and remember to log out upon checkout), ceiling fan, card games and board games (located inside the entertainment center).

Main Dining Area: Seating for 10 at the table and 4 additional countertop seats located at the kitchen island.

Kitchen: fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, a toaster, blender, combination coffee maker (K-cup and carafe), pans, cookie sheets, fire extinguisher (Pantry) and a starter kit including trash bags, dish soap, paper towel and dish towels.

Attached Guest Suite: features its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Providing additional privacy, great for extended families and large groups. The living room is outfitted with a sleeper sofa, and 58" Smart TV. This living room features a Shuffleboard, Xbox 360 with games, board games, and puzzles! The dining table converts into a poker table for game night! This second kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot.

Washer and dryer (located in guest suite).

Garage: Is stocked with cruiser bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, beach toys, beach games, beach wagon, and beach bag. Beach towels are located in a basket at the entrance.

An outdoor shower for rinsing off sand is located on the left side of the garage.

Patio: Gas grill for all your outside cooking. Rattan couch and chairs.

Things to know:
*Garbage bin outside - if you are staying on a Monday night, please put the bin near the road as trash pickup day is Tuesday early morning.

The pool is a short walk (We are the 9th house down)

*A second community pool located at the Village Center pool is heated November-April;

*Parking is limited to 3 vehicles w/ garage access

*Street Parking is not permitted

* Boat and trailer parking are not allowed. Boat parking is not available in Windmark Beach, but there are places nearby that offer reasonably priced boat parking.

* Signed rental agreement required for access to be provided

* Age Restrictions: the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will approve via photo ID. Thank you for understanding!

*There is no smoking allowed on this property. The house is monitored on the front and back with exterior security cameras. If guests are seen smoking, a fee may be assessed, and you may be asked to leave.

* Guests are charged for excessively stained linens

* Service fee is nonrefundable. No exceptions

* Certain amenities are subject to changes in availability. Beach items have an undetermined life span as items are sometimes lost, broken, flyaway, abused, etc. These items include toys, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, any fishing equipment, and outdoor games. We strive to keep these items available and in good condition, but can't guarantee their availability or usability.


The house and City of Port St. Joe is on the western most section of the Eastern Time Zone in Florida. Enough so, that your cell phone may tell you otherwise. Check-in and check-out times are Eastern Standard Time.

Grocery shopping options in Port St. Joe are the Dollar General, CVS, and the Piggly Wiggly. The Piggly Wiggly does not sell alcohol. All are within a ten-minute drive from the home.
