Home resides in a quiet and friendly South Saint Paul neighborhood, on a dead-end street with minimum traffic. Home lot backs to a neighborhood park with a playground and tennis court. Plenty of space and activities to enjoy indoors as well as outdoors!

***The home includes a portable, freestanding fire pit available for use during your stay. Please note that firewood is not provided.

***Our home is a family friendly home and children are allowed but MUST be supervised by an adult at all times. Please take into consideration that our home may not be suitable for infants, toddlers & children without direct adult supervision for the following reasons:

- Open staircase entrance to upper 2nd floor level and lower basement level
- Fitness equipment are in an open space without a closed door
- Upper loft area having a wall opening that over looks main level living room.

***Noise:
Property resides near a train track. Possibility of hearing train whistling during stay.

***Maintenance may be onsite to maintain the lawn at the time of your visit. If you prefer to not be disturb, please notify me after booking.

***Our home is a family friendly home and children are allowed but MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.

Please remove shoes while indoors.

Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 10 am.
Violation of rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation along with additional fines starting at$500+. Rules are strictly enforced and should be followed.

***Cleaning & Sanitization: Health, safety and the well-being of our guests are the utmost importance. We use a thorough cleaning company after each guest check-out.

***Security & Safety
There are 3 Ring cameras located outside of home for security and safety reasons. Security cameras are located on back of garage facing the driveway, front of garage facing the front entrance and back side of home facing the back entrance. Security cameras record both audio and video when any form of motion is detected. Any tampering or manipulation of security cameras will result in immediate termination of your reservation, and no refunds will be issued.
