Lake Time is a 4/2 (king, 2 queens, full, 2 twins) with a large living area and plenty of outdoor space for grilling on the 4 burner blackstone, boat(s) parking and a yard for your kids or pets!

All rooms have closets and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Fully stocked kitchen for your convenience so all you need to bring are groceries.

Garage has washer and dryer along with space for bikes and lake toys! You won't be disappointed!

Enjoyed our stay

This is a lovely, well appointed home not too far from downtown Burnet. The location was great for our family events in town. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Communication with owners was great. We would stay again.

The house was very nice! If you have a boat, this is a GREAT place to book, as there is a covered area to park the boat, and it pulls all the way through (no backing up necessary!) Four bedrooms allowed us to really stretch out, and the kitchen is well-stocked. There were a few problems that were not rectified by the owner - we were there a week so there was plenty of time to correct the issues.

Nice place, bad wifi

Only issue we had is the WiFi is garbage at best, should invest in Starlink, we live in the boonies on a river and Starlink works wonders. Other than that the place is pretty nice.

Spider Mountain trip

This house was perfect for a group wanting to do a trip to Spider mountain. We had ample garage space for our bikes and the combination of king, queen, and bunk beds along with 2 bathrooms was perfect. And it’s only a mile from the mountain and Templetons Tavern.

Loved it!

Your property was a perfect fit for our needs. It was conducive to our family gathering. We slept fine on the comfortable beds. My only suggestion is to turn the living room rug so that the curled up corner is rowards the wall.

4 generation Christmas celebration

We had a 4 generation Christmas vacation with people ranging in age from 4 months to 87 years old. This house was perfect. The owner was very quick and responsive with my booking and any questions I had. With 4 bedrooms everyone had a place of their own for privacy. The fenced back yard was fantastic for the kids. The house is back off any main roads so fairly private and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. I would stay here again if occasion arises and would recommend this place to anyone planning a family trip.

Family visit for the eclipse

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the place was clean. My family and I were comfortable during our stay with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. our hosts were communicative and responsive and answered all of our questions heading into and during our stay. My only suggestion would be to improve internet connection. The WiFi hotspot required a few restarts to get started and failed for a full day. When it did work, it was insufficient for streaming let all alone all of our family devices (laptops, phones, tablets, etc).

No ac hvac during stay

House is nice and comfy great layout for the house,how ever comunication with host was near none after i was informed the hvac system was not working the day of check in, and after that i asked if they would be fixing the issue but they responded 1 time after that no answer and the issue was never resolved neithe was addressed while i was staying there

Pretty ok

The lister did not have good communication. Beds were broken and unable to sleep in. Tried to communicate with the lister, but they did not respond. Check out instructions were not listed and we tried to get in touch with them in case they had any specific instructions (no response). We tried cleaning dishes but nothing was available to clean with meaning no sponge, no dish soap to wash dishes. We tried our best to make sure we left the place as clean as we found it. Other then that the place was great.

NYE bike trip

The place was nice, pretty much exactly as described and location was ideal for our mountain biking activities. The checkin process wasn’t communicated prior to checkin time (4pm). As a result, we waited over an hour to reach owners to figure out how to get in. Outside of that, the only knock(s) on this property is that wifi isn’t good as we were hoping to catch some football games on their connected TVs, but TV kept dropping/losing connections. They also had a nice Blackstone grill to use but we ran out of propane while trying to cook our NYE dinner. The spare tank in the garage was empty too. Not convenient. Again, place was nice/clean and as described, but communication and accessories could be improved upon.
