Quiet, sunrise-facing property surrounded by old-growth oak trees, yet only 5-10 min walk to grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. Heated salt-water pool and hot tub. Chefs kitchen with 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers. Tiered vegetable and fruit garden with orange, lemon. lime, apple and fig trees. Amenities include outdoor no-spring trampoline, ping pong table and indoor pool table. Property borders a green belt so don't be surprised by deer wandering by (yard is completely fenced in). Perfectly located - cold weather blocked by Mt Tam, and less than 45 min to Stinson Beach and Sonoma, 30 min to the city.
