Conveniently pull into your reserved parking spaces and step into this historic pre-1900 home "The Driftwood". Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the newly remodeled space is the perfect balance of modern amenities and historic charm! The open floor plan of the living room and kitchen is a perfect gathering spot for all. All spaces have been professionally designed with gorgeous details and colors throughout. Off the living area you'll find a common half bathroom.

Around the corner is your unique and private suite. A queen sized bed, private balcony, and remote workspace are just a few perks of this suite. There is also en-suite full bathroom with large stand up shower.

The second bedroom features a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a large Kohler soaker tub and the tile reveals a unique original inscription carefully preserved. All of this comfort and style just steps away from all that quaint downtown Rockport has to offer!

The location, comfort, and cozy historic charm of this VRBO was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. Keurig coffee maker and pods, french press, and everything needed to cook or bake. I'm a health shake gal and it even had a personal blender to make my shakes. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom plus a spare half bath. The tub in one bathroom was large and deep. Perfect after a cold day in Cape Ann. It's an easy walk to Bearskin Neck and all its food and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

This was a perfect location in the beautiful town of Rockport. We were able to easily walk to a multitude of shops and restaurants. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

Waze, owned by Google, directed us to the back of the property with the address (Avenue vs. Street), but a very short drive around to the front and we were in. Lots of room on the top floor, quite cozy and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if possible and in the area.

VERY CLEAN! overall we enjoyed our stay very much at this condo. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sheets appeared to be a bit small for the master bedroom as they kept coming undone. Master shower was AWESOME!! Couldn’t find a hair dryer so needed to call the office to get one from the apartment above us - ok. I think the only downfall was not having some sort of a closet or dresser/suitcase holder in the 2nd bedroom. LOVED how it was so close to downtown - we walked and shopped and easy access to Gloucester as well. Parking was great - very convenient and nice to have. I think the only suggestion I might have is to have a “guide book” which we did not see (if it was there). We would definitely come back again.

Sorry the master sheets kept coming undone — we’ll check sizing and replace them as needed. Apologies for the missing hair dryer; we’ve placed one in the unit so future guests won’t need to request one. We appreciate your note about storage in the second bedroom and will add a suitcase rack or similar solution, and we’ll make sure a clear guidebook is available in the unit. A wonderful stay in Rockport! Unit was clean, well maintained and offered plenty of amenities. The location made access to stores and restaurants very easy! Owners were super and we highly recommend!
