Oceanfront penthouse 2 bed 2 bath situated on beach and downtown
Renovated top floor apartment in the heart of the downtown Rockport historic district on the water. Private balcony with ocean view and private parking for 1 car. Large open kitchen with center island table and cathedral ceiling surrounded by reclaimed wooden beams.
Living room opens to deck overlooking the harbor. One master bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom. One full guest bathroom. Large loft with two additional full size beds and play/work space. (ladder to loft and low ceiling height may not be ideal for all guests). Both bathrooms are on main level of this unit. Central AC/Heat, heated bathroom floors. All new appliances, furniture, fixtures, etc. Accommodations for up to 8 possible with the queen sleeper sofa. Kindly note there is a $25 fee per additional guest beyond 6 people.
