L'unità 231 che si trova nell'edificio Plumeria offre splendide viste sull'oceano, sull'isola, sul tramonto e sulle montagne dalle zone giorno e dalla camera da letto! Non troverete una vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto che in molte strutture Kihei. L'unità si trova al secondo piano e l'unità da una camera da letto più vicina all'acqua. Svegliatevi con i suoni degli uccelli e la vista dell'oceano (a 100 metri).

Questa unità è stata ristrutturata nel marzo 2018.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, pentole e piccoli elettrodomestici con i quali dovrai cucinare. Ci sono 5 barbecue a gas situati nel cortile / area comune adiacente alla piscina. Godere di un barbecue mentre si guarda il tramonto! Questo è un complesso estremamente gentile.

Kauhale Makai ~ 'Village by the Sea' si trova alla fine tranquilla di soleggiato nord Kihei, a 20 minuti dall'aeroporto ea pochi minuti a Maui di migliori spiagge, ristoranti, campi da golf, negozi e altre attrazioni.

Un portiere si trova nella hall principale per impostare tutte le vostre avventure hawaiane.

This was a really nice one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the second floor with a view of the ocean out the sliding glass window and lanai. Perfect spot for viewing sunsets, at least this time of year (January). One can also see part of the top of Haleakala (extinct volcano) from the lanai if it's not too cloudy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about everything one would need. The beach was maybe one hundred yards away from the complex and the walk to the beach was through a nice, grassy area with beautiful palm trees around and a nice view of the northwest mountains. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay on Maui. The unit owner was very nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Sue's Paradise

This property is close to many local beaches, shops and is an easy drive from the airport. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and lovely sunsets. We would love to stay here again.

Sue’s paradise

This one bedroom apartment is located on the ocean side of the road close to all conveniences in Kihei pool and hot tub were working the whole time. Condo is properly stocked with all kitchen items needed as well as beach chairs, snorkel gear and umbrella for daily trips to the beach. It is on the second floor and the elevators are in the building.

Nice Location for a Short Honeymoon

Very comfortable second floor location with an ocean view from the lanai. We stayed Friday through Wednesday and really enjoyed the easy "walk to the beach" access without having to cross any roads. It was quiet and we loved that it was just a few blocks north of the main part of Kihei and plenty of eating, shopping, and activities. Everything from church to Mama's Fishhouse to a Luau at the Marriott were easily accessible with a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Sue’s condo was perfect! The beach is just a 2 min walk across the grassy area. The condo was spotless & we had everything we needed for our beach days! I would recommend this space & I would stay again!

Wonderful condo in Kihei

My wife and I on our 25th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at the village by the sea on many occasions as we love the facilities and the location. This condominium was exceptionally well stocked with everything a guest could need for a two week stay. Great view and a great location within walking distance of turtles just up the beach and we would definitely stay at this condominium again. Thank you so much, Sue!

Summer getaway

Wonderful beach access to watch sunsets, play in the water and walk to see turtles. Bus stop close by was nice the first couple of days to get familiar with the island. We decided it was more conveniet to rent a car. It was nice to have laundry rooms on the building. The host provides a very informative book and also kept in contact as we learned of a possible major tropical storm. It, fortunately, didn't happen, but we were informed and prepared.

Kihei Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Short drive to restaurants and shopping in Kihei. Easy access to the beach for those morning walks. A/C worked great and kept us comfortable. Would stay here again on our next Maui trip.

Gorgeous Accommodations Close to Everything

Sue was an excellent host and I would highly recommend her apartment. The views from our balcony were gorgeous. A short walk across the property leads to a small beach where you could see magnificent sunsets. Although the beach was not recommended for swimming, we saw people swimming there and they seem to be doing fine. We also really enjoyed being able to get into the pool and the hot tub which were meticulously maintained. I absolutely would recommend renting a car to take short trips to see sites around the island. Sue left a book of recommendations, and we enjoyed the beaches that she directed us to. All the equipment we needed was provided. I would definitely recommend Sue’s apartment and will even look forward to making another trip there in the future.

Perfect location and beautiful views. Condo was clean and has everything you need! Pool very nice and well kept. Grocery store, gas, Starbucks, And eating places all nearby. Only about 20 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Access

On the beach side of the road, which is an important feature to avoid crossing traffic. Spacious condo is more than enough for two people.

Exactly as advertised! Good location in a quiet, comfortable complex in Kehei. Convenient to pretty much everything in island. Small beach area a short distance across the lawn felt almost private. Loved the hot tub and pool!

Pool. Hot tub. Kids pool. Elevator. Nice folks. Fair price. Big apt. Barbecue grills. Putting green. Parking was good. Recycle bins. Apt was very very clean. Windows so spotless that you have to look twice so you do not try to walk out through the glass. Front desk has limited hours, but it works. Complex has busted washing machines and driers. But we were ok, since we did not need to do laundry. Not sure how the folks who live there get their laundry done!!
