PARKING - Parking is on the street and free. One city-issued street parking permit available for use, and you can park on the street for up to 72 consecutive hours (Please note Roosevelt is a densely populated area and parking on the street is common).
- When you can’t find parking in front of the home, there’s plenty of additional parking on 71st -72nd St and 8th Ave, 1-2 blocks away from the townhome (~2.5min walk).
- If you would like a guaranteed parking spot, there is an open-air paid parking lot just a block away on Roosevelt Way/69th St ($6 for 0-2hrs, $12 for overnight).
GETTING AROUND - From SEATAC airport, it is about 30mins drive or Uber ride. You can also take the Light Rail 1-Line and get off at Roosevelt Station. It is 5 mins walk from Roosevelt Station to the home.
- The townhome’s location (east of Green Lake) is at the center of Seattle, 10-15 minutes of drive to plenty of major Seattle attractions/places including Space Needle, Pike Market, downtown Seattle, Amazon campus, UW, Ballard, and Northgate. Uber/Lyft are easy to get in the area.
- Safeway, Whole Foods and PCC Market are all about 6 mins walk.
- Metro bus stop (#67, 73, 322) and Roosevelt Light Rail Station are within 5 mins walk from the home, can take you straight to Seattle downtown, UW Campus and SEATAC airport.
GUEST ACCESS The entire townhome is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.
HOUSE RULES We want our guests to have the right expectations when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.
- Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no shoes in the home, no pets, no smoking, vaping or any drugs anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine), no parties and events ($500 fine).
- One city-issued street parking permit within the designated zone. The city only issues one guest permit per residence so additional permits aren’t available. Please return the parking tag on to dining table, we charge a $50 re-issuance fee in case lost.
- Please expect to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.
- Our home is child-friendly but not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
- Security cameras at the perimeter of house to monitor the exterior. No camera inside the house.

Cute place, helpful host, and great location near the light rail and plenty of bus stops. Great spot to stay, especially you plan to navigate the city without renting a car.
Adorable townhouse condo. Very clean and well stocked. Host reached out to us multiple times to ensure we were having a great stay. Roof deck with a terrific view. Great neighborhood. Near the One Line.
The host was in regular contact, making sure that our stay went well. The place was just as we expected - clean, modern and easy to access. Central location and easy access to I5 was perfect for our needs..
This is a beautiful home in a great location. Green lake is great for walking or running around. Walking distance to both Whole foods and Safeway as well as an organic market. The home does have a lot of stairs which was fine for me but if you have trouble with stairs this probably isn’t the right location for you. The kitchen is very well stocked and I was able to cook full meals. The host was extremely responsive and even allowed me to arrive a bit early which was greatly appreciated!! . I definitely recommend this home for your Seattle visit. If you are looking for a nicer Italian place Brunello is just up the street and the food was amazing.
Great location. Well-appointed, very clean home that is just right if you are looking for a place to lay your head while in Seattle. Annie was an amazing host, even reaching out immediately to FaceTime me through how to open the windows when I let her know I - in my apparent mechanical ineptness - could not figure it out. Parking was easy for us to find, even late in the evening. As Annie mentions in the property description, the stairs to reach the master bedroom are no joke, so keep that in mind based on the mobility in your group.
Annie created a beautiful space in her townhouse. Very comfortable beds and bedding, everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. Immaculate! The many steps were fine for us. Great to have that rooftop space overlooking Green Lake and Olympic mountains.

Nice new townhome and walkable to greenlake, Roosevelt light rail station and other places. Great place to stay and nice rooftop seating for some meals. Its 3 floors so does have stairs if that is a concern. Annie is a very responsive host. I would stay here again.
Five Stars! This place was perfect for our trip. Annie is an excellent host, with superb communication and a clear commitment to making this home a fantastic, comfortable and well-appointed place to stay in a wonderful part of the city. The home was immaculate, airy and conveniently located for our vacation/tourist plans perfectly. Transportation and restaurants are close by within easy walking distance. Every day began with a walk around Green lake (a very pleasant 3 mile loop that is maybe 5 minutes from the place) and then coffee at Retreat (also great for breakfast or lunch). We toured much of the city and this was the perfect staging base. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who is visiting the city whether for vacation or work. This is a fabulous spot and a great value. Can't wait to return.
This home was in a great spot! They provided all things needed. And the home was nice and clean. You do have to sign into your own prime/netflix etc. Great hosts. Parking was a little limited. Great restos within walking distance. The beds are so comfy. We would stay there again. Pls note: no Ac in th second room.
