Our unit has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed, one queen bed, one set of twin bunks, and one queen sleeper sofa. This beautiful condominium boasts tile floors, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and beautifully decorated rooms. A large balcony faces the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool with fountains, waterfalls, and bathhouse, or take a short walk to the deeded beach access. Those of us who have enjoyed the beaches of Northwest Florida appreciate the warm waters and powdery white sand.

When not at the beach or pool, there is much to do nearby! The Town Center features a coffee shop, deli and local vendors on the courtyard. A short walk will take you to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Seaside is a mere ten minute drive, and a must for shopping, restaurants, markets, free family films on the green, and concerts under the stars.

Our family's fondest memories were made together on vacation. We remember building sand castles and riding bikes to get ice cream. Today the kids still try to dunk dad in the pool and try to out shop mom. Seacrest truly is a special place. We hope our home provides the perfect setting for you to build your own memories.

About Beth and Stuart White

We've lived all over the South including the Florida panhandle in our more than 25 years together. We've since moved away but continue to vacation along 30A every year for the past decade and have learned to love the easy going attitude of Seacrest. We still find relaxation from our careers in the software industry and volunteer work by staying in the unit when it's available. A glass of iced tea on the balcony at sunset is the best remedy for the workday blues.

Alexander at Palm Court is upscale without feeling pretentious. The beaches are the most beautiful in the world and we love how easy it is to walk from the Alexander to recreation, entertainment, shopping, or dining. I'm amazed how you can be so close to everything but still enjoy the peace and quiet we love while on vacation.

What makes this condo unique

Keyless combination lock means you don't have to remember to take a key each time you head out to enjoy the outdoors. The pool is only a 5 minute walk away and the beach only 10 minutes. In the warmer months take advantage of the tram located in the parking lot that delivers you to these points of interest as well as others around Seacrest. We rent bikes each visit and enjoy the 17 mile path that stretches the extent of 30A. You'll see everyone enjoying the paths to their favorite ice cream shop each afternoon.

Perfect location and great condition! This condo offered something for everyone - easy walk to the beach, easy walk to shops and restaurants, and very nice size patio for those of us who just wanted to sit still with a book. Will definitely be coming back!

A Great Place To Stay At Seacrest Beach

We love this place! We stay here with our son and his family and had a great time. The location is wonderful, very convenient to everything in Seacreast, Rosemary, and Alys Beaches. Everything you need is in walking distance of the condo. Easy access to both the beach and the pool.I highly recommend this for your vacation on 30-A.

The perfect retreat!

The pictures really don't do this place's absolutely beautiful and perfectly kept. Although we were there at an off season time, it was one of the most perfect getaways. We loved the easy loading and unloading, privacy, convenient parking and bike racks, access to the bike path, shopping, beach...everything you'd want in a vacation condo. We enjoyed the easy drive to both Panama City and Destin and all the area has to offer. This place is heaven on earth!

Perfect stay

You couldn't ask for more. This is a beautifully appointed, spacious condo in a great location walking distance to the beach, pools, shops, parks and restaurants. The owner is great to work with too, accommodating our request. We booked for 5 nights and had to extend while there. Definitely a home we will return to. Thanks for sharing your home Beth.

Great location, really clean, wonderful owners

We went for a week and brought my dad along. I'd never been to the area before so I didn't really have a concept on how far away this condo would be to the beach, the lagoon pool, and shops. I have a foot injury so walking too much is not a great option for me, unfortunately. As it turns out, I could easily handle the walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and the pool (less than 5 minutes). The condo is located directly on the 30A, overlooking the bike/walking path and highway.

The owner, Beth, responds promptly to questions, and is super helpful and kind. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the condo was. It was immaculate! It's also HUGE. The kitchen is large, with plenty of room for cooking. If I had one complaint, it would be that the kitchen utensils and appliances were a little weak. The knives were terrible, but we didn't cook that much and next time, I'll bring my own knives.

Everything worked great - air conditioning, tv's, washer/dryer, showers, etc. Really just a super place and we'll be back.
