Tara, We are thrilled to hear from you! Thank you for taking the time out to review your stay. We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience on the beach, and like you mentioned, it is all due to the crowed we experience during the summer time. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. We understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with pests, especially with your daughter’s comfort and well-being affected. We did offer to send pest control promptly upon your report, but we understand your concerns about treatment with your belongings present. We sincerely regret that the situation impacted your final night and your overall vacation experience. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you 5% off a future stay with us at one of our qualifying homes. We hope this can help provide a better experience next time. Regards, Benchmark Management

Alison, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Mon Petit Chateau is such a wonderful home! The location, decor, and amenities are sure to make your stay great! We will definitely see what we can do about making our arrival information more user friendly. We do also have an app that can be downloaded to access your arrival information, we find it a little easier to navigate if you are able to download it! We don't guarantee any beach amenities as we don't advertise them, but they typically make for a pleasant surprise when the owner has them there! We hope that you will be back again soon so we can have another shot at giving you a perfect stay! Thank you, Benchmark Management.
