Great pool and spa with outdoor kitchen. Two living rooms, dining room, laundry room plus a bar. 3 bedrooms in main house + detached casita. TV's in every bedroom + living room and outdoor living area that is covered next to the pool.

Enjoyable Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our at this home in North Mission Hills. Home had all the amenities and spaces. Outdoor patio and pool was great having several seating areas, lounge chairs and BBQ island. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. Bob & Teri…

Worst VROB we have stayed in the Desert

The house was not ready for any kind of rental. It had mildew in the Master shower and another shower. Totally overpriced for what you got. It was a hollow house.

We love this neighborhood as it is pristine. Our neighbors are lovely and the location of the home is very convenient to the entire Coachella valley.

What makes this property unique

Our home has been newly renovated and has an amazing backyard that is peaceful and serene. We are on the 17th tee box of the Gary Player North course, but very private due to trees hills protecting the backyard. This is an amazing home to entertain in with multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor dining options and a wetbar for happy hour!
