Enchanting home, great for entertaining family or friends. Situated on the 17th hole of the Mission Hills North Gary Player golf course. NO BALLS come into the yard. Great pool and spa with outdoor kitchen. Two living rooms, dining room, laundry room plus a bar. 3 bedrooms in main house + detached casita. TV's in every bedroom + living room and outdoor living area that is covered next to the pool.

We are from Los Angeles, but enjoy our home in Rancho Mirage as our getaway and to entertain friends and family. We love this oasis we have here in the desert!
Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood as it is pristine. Our neighbors are lovely and the location of the home is very convenient to the entire Coachella valley.
What makes this property unique
Our home has been newly renovated and has an amazing backyard that is peaceful and serene. We are on the 17th tee box of the Gary Player North course, but very private due to trees hills protecting the backyard. This is an amazing home to entertain in with multiple seating areas, indoor and outdoor dining options and a wetbar for happy hour!
