March in Overbrook

We spent the month of March in the house on Keyway Road. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for us and had all the necessities we needed to live there. The house was clean and very well kept up, and was totally bug-free the entire time we were there, which, in our experience, is rare in Florida rentals. The owner was very responsive to our needs and replied to our inquiries promptly whenever we had any questions or issues. The groundskeeper was very friendly and was always accessible had we needed him. Overall, we had a very good stay at this house and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Englewood area.

lovely home

Stayed for all of may and loved the size and location of the house. Really enjoyed the lanai daily and the pictures do not do the house justice. Very large with split bedrooms lots of privacy and our 2 dogs felt at home immediately. Talked to owner quite a few times and she was always gracious and helped with any problems that arose. Drove to Manasota beach every chance we got and it's about a 5 minute drive. If hadn't bought a house while we were there would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Home - Beautiful Setting

This home is located in Overbrook Gardens. It's about a five minute drive to beautiful Manasota Key Beach. It is located on a side road off of the main Overbrook Road. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and a peceful location. This is a very well-maintained home. The back yard is spacious, and the hot tub in the large lanai is terrific. The yard gets plenty of sunshine during the day. The house is fully stocked with all conveniences. This is a split-bedroom home. The master bedroom is large. It has a queen bed and a large walk-in closet and a full bathroom. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and a trundle bed in the third. Another full bathroom is located on that side of the house. This is a pet friendly rental. My lab enjoyed the back yard very much. I spent two months here and had an absolutely wonderful time.
