Each of the three bedrooms boasts brand new sliding doors that lead out to the resort-like backyard. The primary suite features a 55'' TV and fireplace wall, as well as a generously-sized bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub.

The bright and open living space is anchored by high ceilings, an impressive 85'' TV, a convenient bar cart, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for cooler desert evenings. Pool heater
• The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

Maintenance
• Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday afternoons and Thursday mornings. 
• Our landscaper comes once a week every on Mondays. 
• Trash collections comes Monday morning. 
• All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.

Desert living
• This home and many homes in Desert Hot Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flies when windy. When windy, the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand may be in the pool. A pool net is located near the outdoor kitchen.
