Enjoy bathing in Southern California's desert sun at this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Desert vacation rental! Featuring spectacular hilltop views, a private outdoor pool, a hot tub, 2 levels of patio space, this expansive home is a true paradise for star gazing. Whether you here to master your golf game, explore cacti of Joshua Tree National Park, Please note there is a fee to heat the pool of 100 a day gas and the spa be included. If you choose to simply at the spa, it is $30 a day. We simply do not make any money off when the pool is heated. We usually lose money as gas has gone up along with everything else A discount may apply depending on the amount of days booked, and the time of the year. This does need to be paid for before your stay as it needs to be turned on 24 to 36 hours before your arrival so it can be preheated for you. We do allow pets and our pet friendly.

We enjoyed this lovely, spacious home. We appreciated the kitchen, great mountain view and pool area. I’m picky about master bed and shower and both were good!! The host was very responsive and kind.

This was the cleanest property we have ever stayed it. Even my husband commented. It was stocked with dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, plenty of TP. Some places leave you one dishwasher tab and one roll of TP so this was a pleasant suprise. 5 stars on everything. Would definitely stay again. The photos do not do it justice.

The photos did not do the place justice. It was a very nice place, peaceful, fabulous views day and night. Much more spacious than I thought from the listing. The location was convenient, but not in the crush of the Palm Springs crowd. Loved it, would book again if back in the area.

Beautiful Desert Views!

This house is on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the mountains and the town of Desert Hot Springs. The view is amazing. The back pool and hot tub were great and well-maintained and the back yard was a little oasis in the desert, complete with lemon trees. We made lemonade for the kids and lemon drop martinis for the adults! The house was beautiful as well. We stayed here for 3 months this winter and would easily stay here again if we're ever in the area. Laurence and Barry were gracious hosts and attentive to our needs. Great all-around!

Great Birthday Getaway!

Our stay was amazing! From communication with the host to enjoying not only the outside hot tub, but also the 2 person indooor jacuzzi tub. (Think bubbles) The sunsets were extraordinary and the place was so clean and decorated beautifully. Oh, and the beds and bedding were extra comfortable. My pup enjoyed this property and was welcome which meant a lot to us. Overall great stay!!

Our stay was amazing, Victoria was a great host who made the trip that much more special. The home was very clean and spacious with all the supplies we needed for our stay. Me and our guests really enjoyed the entire house and views that came along with it, especially the pool! I would definitely book another stay and will recommend this home to anyone visiting the area! Thanks again Victoria for everything!

The house itself and the surrounding view of the mountains were better than expected. The hosts were great. I received an email with welcome with instructions that were simple and made everything comfortable immediately. I would definitely come back

Weekend Getaway

An absolute lovely home with a pleasant view in the backyard. Everything was great about this house from the property manager communication to the check in. Everything is very concise to help you understand how to navigate the house. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely rent here again. If you’re looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of Coachella Valley, this is the place.

Beautiful home

Victoria was such a gracious host. I requested to be in her home because the place we rented was not what we thought it was going to be. She worked with us and had us all ready to move in the same day I contacted her! Such a beautiful home. It was close to my son and daughter in law who just had their first baby which was even better! I highly recommend staying there if your in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Let me start by saying this home is more BEAUTIFUL in person and the views were stunning! The owner was the nicest woman I had the pleasure of dealing with and Lawrence was very nice and helpful. The home was clean and well centralized in that area...This was my first time using Vrbo and I will definitely be booking this home again. I dont know how anyone could give these owners or home less then 10 out of 10...Perfect for a family stay or romantic get away. If you have the chance definitely book this home you will not regret it!10000% Satisfactory!

Beautiful home, Beautiful view

We were in Desert Hot Springs for the birth of our first grandchild. This home was listed in the neighborhood of our daughter and husband and was PERFECT! Absolutely equipped with everything you need and I cooked all meals for the new family and the kitchen was totally supplied and even had basic cooking ingredients. Fresh lemons and limes off of the trees by the pool in the evenings. We will be back. Loved everything about it.

Unfortunate experience

Overall the home was consistent with pictures advertised on VRBO. After leaving this home spotless in better condition then received unfortunately the issue was the unprofessional encounters with both “ Barson” and “Victoria”. One of our guest unfortunately had an small oil leak on the driveway which clearly was not intentional. The hosts requested a certain amount to repair which was given twice as they both were reaching out to several people in the home, hence they accepted two payments which was quite shady. Not only did they display shady behavior, but, then we were accused of lighting off fireworks which was done by the neighbors in this development we were threatened that a citation would be issued to us and “ our responsibility” after advising the family that we indeed visualized the fireworks and heard them in late hours but then was told that we were responsible for this. Overall I would rather give hard earned money to kind hosts rather than accusatory and unwarranted behavior displayed by the hosts of this rental. If you want to be treated with respect and not discriminated I suggest you spend your money elsewhere. But the rental was advertised as is, we even gave great reviews in their visitor logs in the home. This was an unfortunate experience and we will not be staying here again.

You booked for two people and one pet and when I checked my ring camera, there were 16 cars there you threw a big party in my backyard and did not notify me a amount that party I was in jeopardy of losing my license due to compliance and receiving $1000 fine night until this is taken care of. There was glass bottles left all around the pool, broken ones around the spa and also all these toffee stains around the spa. Not only that there’s a huge oil stain in the garage, which was caused by whatever vehicle was in there, but have the decency to clean it up. People like you ruin it for people that want to go enjoy themselves to Airbnb not party and trash the whole place.

Disappointed

After I checked in my family showed up about an hour later mind you all together we were 13 people in total the owner then started calling me saying we were over the occupancy limit even though the listing clearly states the limit is 15 and then proceeded to say he was watching us through the ring cameras. As a result my birthday gathering was ruined because the owner said that he could kick us out if I didn’t kick out 3 people. My whole family ended up leaving at around 8:30PM. Also the day of check in my brother in law had to clean out the pool because it was full of trash and the water was green and the hot tub wasn’t filled with water which was disappointing. Sunday morning my family came over to help me clean, as we sat in the chairs by the pool we all started to get really itchy then we noticed all the chairs had fiber glass on them from sitting out in the sun for a long period of time. We then checked our bodies and noticed we all started to develop a rash from the fiberglass on the chairs. We made sure to clean up after ourselves and left everything clean for check out. After we checked out the owner then started calling again saying that he was “disappointed in how we left his mothers house”. He then proceeded to say we ruined his walls that he had a sound recording device outside and that it was broken and proceeded to say “if you leave me a good review we are even”. Which I believe is outrageous.Over all I had a terrible experience.

Hey can you please write a nice review as you did throw a party’ and booked for two people no pet fee was charged and you said you cleaned which you probably did but there what still more than a normal clean up. I didn’t want to ruin your night but not code conformant go around and charge 1000 dollar fine, Vrbo gave my authority to kick all you out I did not do that but yet you Sabotage be with a 1 star and anybody who reads this will know it’s all lies. We keep our pool immaculate and the house is walked before and now way would our spa be green and pool. We could have charged you 25 for every extra guest and didn’t.

BEWARE: NEW HOST (NOT VICTORIA) UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE

Good: Very nice house, clean, well stocked. Bad: The previous Premier host was Victoria. New Host, Laurence, less than 'Premier'. Pool pump shut down 2 hours after we got there. We asked him to come look at and also turn on Gas Heater for the Spa. He sent us a Video and step by step instructions to turn things on. I verbally & texted him we weren't touching anything.He tried to repair antiquated pump all week but was unable to get correct parts. NO A/C in half the house, he keeps the Nest thermostats set at 78 and locks them. Took 2 days for half the house to cool (both condensers old and rusted). The systems run on R-22 refrigerant, which is now banned as of 1/1/2020 in California, Need replacement. We also got the ‘people like you’ line accusing us of abusing the A/C. On our last day he, a gentleman & dog came to retro fit another pump there for 2 hours could not fix it. The dog ran around and defecated in yard, which we later cleaned up. Laurence has unsuccessfully tried to keep our deposit claiming we ‘tampered’ with pump and broke it. Homeowners need to keep equipment maintained, I don't think it's fair we pay for their deferred maintenance on equipment. All we wanted was a/c, a working pool and a Spa. Overall Dissappointed. The guest book is full of '"signatures" but only 8 reviews on the listing.......New Host Laurence gets a D-.

I love that there is no traffic and I have lived in La and Orange County but I just love the people out here and the vibes and downtown Palm Springs.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Custom built house, has great installation in the hot summer and also in winter. I love the high feelings and the total vibe of the house. Best of all is from the guest bedroom that leads to the pool and the master bedroom and the kitchen that faces the pool you can see the snow capped mountains halfway through the year and also the windmills which at night look beautiful.
