OUTDOOR LIVING:
Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa and all the the equipment is brand new. BBQ and fire pit adds a touch for those enjoying an cooler desert evenings in the winter gathering by the fire or grilling outside your favorite dishes while overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views that your group can enjoy. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of sight seeing Palm Springs, going for a game for golf (Desert Dunes, one of the top public golf courses is located only 5 mins away from the house) or simply enjoying your groups company and making lasting family.

NOTE: Guest do have access to the mail box an can ship items if they arrive during there stay.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $130/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
Please no pets allowed.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

NOISE:
Riverside County regulations permit moderate music outdoors at cellular/ laptop level before 10pm and quiet hours are after 10pm. During quiet hours, please limit the use of outdoors. Please note, outdoor music is to be played only via cell phone or laptop levels. There is a speaker system inside the living room that you are welcome to enjoy. Please no speakers in the game room as (garage doors do not provide much insulation) or outdoors at any time. We have great neighbors that welcome you to the neighborhood, we ask you to respect them and the area around you. Please enjoy responsibly.

PARKING:
We have a 4 car driveway. Please ensure no other cars, unless approved by the host first. Any gathering to be approved by management first, please reach out. Garage is currently be used for storage.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (`Waiver & Release`) In utilizing the swimming pool amenities (`pool`), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, `Pool Area Users`) might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (`Pool Rules`). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, `landlord`) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users` Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys` fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users` use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users` use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
