This is a second row beach house with less than 1 min walk to beach as well as a golf cart free to use! We have added a custom built bar downstairs with 55" Outdoor ROKU TV and a hot tub conveniently positioned to enjoy the outdoor TV over the bar. There is a 2 player arcade with over 6000 games! The property is conveniently located on the peninsula and only 1 mile to The Big Store, 1.5 miles to Stingaree Restaurant and Marina, and minutes to other amenities. There is a cargo lift so you won't have to lug heavy bags upstairs. We've installed smart TVs in all rooms and of course there is free WiFi.

Quite nice with a few hiccups

We had an amazing time at the property. The house was beautiful and in a great location to the beach. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and quiet. Overall we were very happy with our experience and we would recommend it to anyone. There were some hiccups that could have made the experience even better. The golf cart’s brakes didn’t work. I was able to repair it in less than 5 minutes. Not a big deal for me but it could have been for someone else. Not to mention it really could have led to an accident or damage to the cart. Second thing was the washing machine was not working. After the beach we wanted to wash our towels and swimsuits but couldn’t. So, we just bought new ones. Again not a big deal but it might have been for someone else. Again both these hiccups were minor things to me and my family. Also, Wayne, the owner was great in communication. He replied to my emails quickly and even called me about the washing machine. I would not hesitate to go back and stay again.

Great location

Home was very clean and well kept. Only a couple minute walk to the beach but away from the noise of the vehicles going up and down the beach. Neighborhood was also very nice. We traveled with young children and they enjoyed the area below the house to play when we weren’t at the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances worked so we were able to cook all our meals. We will definitely stay at this home again and highly recommend it!

We are Wayne and Allison. Our beach house The Sandy Bar was built in 2013. We were both born and raised in small Oklahoma towns. Over the past several years we have discovered and fallen in love with Crystal Beach. It is one of our favorite vacation destinations, either with our family or as a romantic getaway. This beach house is our second purchase of a short term rental property and we hope you love it was much as we do! This beach house is second row, with less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. We have also built a custom bar downstairs for the enjoyment of guests. This is a perfect place to relax after a day in the sun enjoying your favorite beverages. The bar has 3 outlets, with one having USB ports to charge phones. There is also an outdoor ROKU TV, perfect for listing to your favorite music, or watching your favorite sports team. While you're hanging around the bar, fire up the grill and cook an amazing beachside dinner. Inside you will find it very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and two full bathrooms for cleaning up after a day of fun in the sun! And of course we include the use of the electric golf cart free for our guests!
