Welcome to Salt & Pepper Stays! Our charming stylish retreat is nestled in the beautiful city of Pueblo, Colorado. This cozy and well-appointed home offers a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comforts, making it the perfect choice for your next getaway.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms ensuring ample space for everyone. Each bedroom boasts comfortable beds, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches that capture the essence of Pueblo, Colorado. We are a pet friendly property!

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
IMPORTANT!
-NO smoking. Please and thank you. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking of ANY kind in the house.
-Quiet time is after 9:30pm and strictly enforced
-Parties are not allowed
-If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund
-All person's 25+ (children with parents are allowed but do count towards the number of guests regardless of age)
-Please make sure to check your stuff and make sure you have everything prior to leaving. If anything is left at our property we will be happy to send it back for an additional fee.
