Hololani A203 is a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that offers breathtaking views stretching to Molokai and Lanai and ceiling fans throughout. This property has elevators. Unit A203 can accommodate up to 4 guests and does not have A/C. The master bedroom presents a king-size bed, a private entrance, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers direct access to a lanai, treating you to captivating views of Molokai. For added privacy, a retractable sliding door separates this bedroom from the living room. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub/shower combo, is just a short walk down the hall. As you step inside, you'll be embraced by the open-concept living area, adorned with exquisite Hawaiian-inspired decor and comfortable furnishings. Relax on the sofa while enjoying the flat-screen TV or convert it into a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary skills and prepare delicious meals throughout your stay.

While the condo does not have air conditioning, rest assured that ceiling fans are strategically placed throughout to ensure your comfort even on warmer days. And after an adventurous day at the beach, make use of the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and conveniently toss your swimsuits into the private washer and dryer. The solid walls in both bedrooms further enhance the privacy for you and your guests.

Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.

Great Stay

The whole facility was great. It was clean, ocean front and easy to access. There were plenty of amenities and the kitchen was properly stocked with any utensils you could need. The only thing that would have been nice was AC but we knew that going in. Overall My Perfect Stay was great at communicating and the place was perfect.

Great Oceanfront Unit

The unit came in ‘as advertised’. A great location with amazing oceanfront view. Parking was assigned and was free. The property was very well maintained. The unit can benefit from a few upgrades such as adding AC unit or more powerful fans, upgrading the bathrooms and adding modern/large TV unit. The kitchen was fantastic with plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. The wifi was high speed and worked great. We had a nice stay overall.

We truly loved this condo and the area. It was amazingly relaxing. It is my fault because I didn't notice in the description. There is no Air Condtioning and it was pretty hot in the room even with the fans. We purchased extra fans to try and help but it didn't help much. That would be our only complaint. The communication and the unit were amazing. Thank you

It was absolutely perfect.

The place was a last minute booking after our reservation was canceled with no notice. It was clean, well kept and organized. They worked with us through every step to make sure we had a place to stay. We had a great ocean view room for a good price. Definitely going to use these services again.

Comfortable Condo on the northwest shore

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hololani, so obviously we enjoyed our first time. The room was appointed with plenty of silverware, dishes and pans to ensure you can cook what you want. The view from the lanai never gets old. Being able to see dolphins and turtles pass by was always a great. Being on the second floor made it easy to bypass the elevator and use the stairs in order to get to your room with ease. The only drawback from the resort as a whole, not room A203, are the barbecues difficult to start. I believe it is because like clockwork a staff member will meticulously clean the BBQ’s which involves hosing them down with water, which probably isn’t the best to ensure the gas and piezoelectric starter’s are functional. That being said we did manage to use one of two burners from a couple of the three available BBQ’s to make our meals several nights. Great value, in a great location so we will be back again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful 7 day stay! The view was amazing. We enjoyed the large lanai, and watching the turtles, sunsets, and beautiful rainbows over the nearby islands. There was plenty of room for all four of us and the pictures were accurate-very clean. The location was great. We were close to good restaurants and shops. We would definitely return in the future. Mahalo

Great View Right On the Ocean

Great spot for 4 or fewer people in a popular vacation condo. We enjoyed the lanai which from the second floor provides a great overlook of the pool and allowed us to hear the ocean in the evening. The kitchen though cramped provides for just about everything and the cable package allowed us to stay tuned into Dodger games when we had some rest and relaxation time. The pool and BBQ area were great! The BBQs are well maintained and the pool was fun when we were not out and about on vacation trecks.

Relaxing views

View of the ocean and pool area was amazing. Very well maintained common areas, clean BBQ grills. Luggage carts nice touch. Easy to check in and check out. Friendly residents. Good proximity to Lahaina.

Great views!

Great location! It's a wonderful view of the ocean, Lanai, and Molokai. The property is clean and felt large, had a nice lanai and the trade winds cooled off the unit and no A/C was not an issue. The unit was well stocked and there were pool towels provided! Nothing fancy, but there's a nice pool and the beach is nearby. Overall it's a great place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay.

Great location, great condo

Could not have been happier with our experience. The condo had a beautiful view and was spotless upon arrival. The mattress on the pull out couch is comfortable. The location is great. Short walk to a Whaler’s general store and short drive to great beaches, snorkeling spots, shopping, restaurants. Note for those staying longer than a weekend, you’ll want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There wasn’t enough for more than a few days. There is a hairdryer; it’s not very powerful but does the trick. Beach towels and bath towels are plentiful. Everything was fantastic. Mahalo!

The view!

A few things to know prior to booking: 1. No AC, but plenty of fans that it is still comfortable in the heat 2. The room with the en suite bathroom and jungle view has a slider that goes to a common walkway on the second floor, I didn’t feel comfortable keeping this open even with a locked screen during the evenings, so we really missed out on the inland evening breeze. 3. No beach chairs was a real disappointment That being said, A203 was clean, well stocked with towels/pool towels, kitchen utensils, bedding for the pull out couch, fans, toiletries, and garbage bags. Beautiful, comfortable, and spacious inside. The views are incredible, the neighbors were quiet. Sitting out on the lanai was your own personal sunset magic! And the ocean waves and bright sky was so pleasant to wake up to. Only a few steps from beautiful secluded beaches, village island coffee (hot Coconut Mac Nut or iced Coconut Cold Brew with Mac Nut syrup), The Maui Brewing Co, Miso Phat Sushi, Whaler’s, a pizza joint, and Boss Frogs where you can rent snorkels, boards, chairs, life vests, kayaks, you name it!!!! Super affordable prices and amazing service team. Definitely recommend!

Highly Recommend!

Hololani A203 everything we had hoped for on our Maui vacation. Stayed there with another couple and can't say enough about our stay. The condo was clean, very well stocked, beach towels and chairs and an Absolutely Beautiful view!! Saw turtles and whales even though it was end end of the whale season! He put on a show playing in the ocean as we sat on our Lanai! In walking distance to a beach, great sushi and fish market. You can't go wrong staying here!

Perfect time in Maui!

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed. The only downside was that there is no air-conditioning, so we slept with the lanai doors open. There was a family above us, with a 3-4 year old child. They were noisy, on their lanai, every single morning around 7 am. It woke me up every day. Other than that, it was awesome! There is no beach directly out front of the condo, but there are wonderful beaches less than 5 minutes drive away. The pool was very well maintained, and even heated. There is no sun on the pool deck until about 3-4 pm, so it's best to take in the beaches early, and lounge at the pool later in the afternoon. The condo is walking distance to many stores. Vacasa staff at the reception were were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!
