Valley Isle 1103 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the 11th floor, and offers direct ocean views, a private washer/dryer, and A/C. The resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1103 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with breathtaking ocean views and access to the lanai. The spacious bathroom is just steps away and features a tub/shower combo. The tropical guest bedroom is well appointed with a queen-size bed and access to a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests and a TV with cable.

Stay comfortably cool during your vacation with the newly installed split AC system in the living room and both bedrooms. Unit 1103 is beautifully remodeled and features quality furnishings throughout. Take advantage of the well-supplied and equipped kitchen by cooking meals in this fully remodeled kitchen, featuring custom cabinets and full-size stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals indoors or dine on your private lanai where you'll catch some of the best views in Maui!

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.

Amazing view! We saw turtles daily. The unit had everything you needed, plenty of onsite parking, well maintained property, and was located right on the beach. The beach was perfect for young children. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights and it was great! They have everything you need and the perfect stay was extremely quick to get back to us if we needed anything or had any questions. The location is great and the best part was the ocean breeze and the views!

What a wonderful find! The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was thought of to make our vacation wonderful We are so happy to have found this place! Quiet complex, easy access to the beach, beautiful pool. Not crowded at all (this was in June). A/C kept the place pleasantly cool. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxed vacation. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

The view was stunning. The beds comfortably and lots of room . We had our own en-suite and daughter had her own en suite . Created privacy . Plenty of cooking supplies . We would have the door open in our bedroom to have the ocean lull us to sleep . And what a view to wake to in the morning..the ocean is right there not crowed at all . Lots of turtles popping their head up . Spent plenty of days hanging on the beach and snorkeling from there . Everything thing is close by . Easy access The building is older but well maintained The only issue was the sink in our en suite gurgled often . Like a cat was throwing up ..I reported it and they are looking in to it .

Perfect Location!

I brought my young adult children here for their first trip to Hawaii in early May. We had an amazing time! This condo was everything we were looking for. The view was amazing and it was one of the best spots for snorkeling. We swam with turtles everyday and we could even see them from our condo balcony. The beach was beautiful and never packed with a bunch of people. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There were a few nights that we were woken by noisy neighbors but you’re probably going to experience that anywhere. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Exactly what we were looking for

This was my fifth trip to Maui. Lots has changed since I first visited 15 years ago. While this condo may be a little bit of a drive from the airport, it's tucked away right on the ocean front making it SO worth it. The unit was clean upon arrival with the A/C blowing and music playing to set the mood for our vacation - nice touch! Everything we needed to cook at home was included. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the private lanai and hit the beach right after with the included chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. Just a short walk to multiple general stores, or a walkable/short drive to the grocery stores. Easy access to highway to get to Kaanapali/Kihei/Makena. Nearby gym and anything else you may need on your stay. I highly recommend this vacation property for adults, families, or small groups of friends looking for their Hawaiian escape for a couple weeks. Thank you MyPerfectStays for making this vacation so great. We will be back!

Unfortunately we stayed during the kona low Maui storm. The condo flooded through the 2 sliding glass doors. We spent 3 days mitigating the flooding 24/7 through the night and all day. A maintenance worker came by and said there was nothing that could be done. Rain was pouring in from the defective doors. We were able to save this condo from thousands of dollars of damage by helping manage the flooding. Working with the management company has been very disappointing. We received very little refund. Attempts to speak with the manager have failed. After a month, I am still waiting for Amelia to return my call, being told every time I call she is busy and will call back asap. I will never stay with this company again. Be aware of this vacation company with terrible customer service. The pictures of the condo are much nicer than the current state of the condo. Peeling walls, dirty shower, dirty food splattered walls. These are all things we could have overlooked if My Perfect Stays could have communicated better with us.I have waited a month to write this review, hoping that this could be resolved, and My Perfect Stays has refused to communicate. Very disappointing.
