( boat lift is not for guest use) 35 ft of on water dock space available for guest use. For kayak lovers there is a low water kayak entry platform . This fully remodeled 3 bedroom home is located in the upscale Yacht Club Area close to Cape Coral’s restaurant and entertainment area. Relax and make new memories in this cozy pool home that sleeps 7 people comfortably. Tastefully decorated with upgraded kitchen and baths. Step out into the newly furnished covered lanai and enjoy a drink, meal, read a book or swim in the heated pool & spa. Prepare your favorite meals inside the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor BBQ. Home is equipped with high speed wireless Internet, smart TVs in all bedrooms, living room and in the outdoor lanai area for your enjoyment. 2 Kayaks & 2 adult size bikes are available for your enjoyment. We had a great stay! The kitchen had all the utensils needed. The pool and hot tub was great! Emilio was prompt to respond when we had a question. The kayaks and bikes were a nice touch to explore the area. Highly recommend this house!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The house was incredible, clean and spacious—-we had everything we needed. The pool was awesome and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vacation home—-it was perfect for us with our long drive from Texas.

Emilio and Andria were awesome hosts. The house was spotless and very well stocked and equipped. Kitchen utensils, pool and beach toys and extras were appreciated.We battled Mother Nature trying to get the pool up to the set 87 degrees. Emilio was great providing directions on keeping the pool heater operating for a very comfortable 87.Looking forward to our next visit to this great location.Thanks Emilio and Andria

Spring Break Bliss!!

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Hosts were great and very responsive. Very clean. All we needed and more. Pool and grounds are well maintained making it easy to relax.

Awesome Get away

Awesome property in Cape Coral. Quick access to river in a relaxing upscale neighborhood. Hosts are very kind and attentive. House is just as listedbeautiful backyard and pool. I had a great stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Trip to Ft Myers for baseball!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this home. It was very clean, and accomodating! It's so close to the water, has a beautiful pool and hot tub. So many nice places to eat nearby! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home for rental. We loved it!

Everything was great, the house is beautiful. Looks to be fully remodeled. The pool and spa are awesome! The listing didn’t say anything about the boat lift being down but that was a very minor inconvenience.

Excellent Property and Location

I cannot say enough about how easy and accommodating the property and the owners are. Everything you could possibly want (or forgot) is already there if you need it. We also had our grandchildren visit for a couple days and the owners thought of everything…high chair, pack and play, toys, pool toys, extra diapers, and best of all an alarm on the door leading out to the pool!Go ahead and book if you’re thinking about it.

Fabulous Family Vacation

Beautiful Home! Fabulous Location within walking and biking distance of a handful of restaurants and bars and all that Cape Coral Parkway has to offer! Beautiful and Sparkling Clean pool area with warm water and beautiful lights in the evening! This was the most well stocked rental we have stayed in!If you are interested in renting a boat this property is in such a great location for cruising beautiful channels and a quick ride to Sanibel Beach!The kayaks were great for exploring the area!Owner had great communication and we will definitely be returning to this property!

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. We came in by boat, so the dock space was critical. House is on a deep canal. Less than a mile to restaurants and grocery store. Fully stocked kitchen. Good value overall

Absolutely Fantastic

It was so warm and inviting and easy to feel at home. Meticulously clean, tastefully decorated and offered everything you need. We flew in so didn't have any staples to get started; and we didn't need them. They had everything there to start. Would definitely book again.

Great jome

Love all the amenities for water sports-kayaks, beach gear, bikes. Pool and water view is great. Only issue was the temperatures of the hot tub and pool. Owner was very responsive but pool got too hot. Not a huge issue though. House and amenities as described in listing and fully stocked kitchen.

A Happy Thanksgiving

This property is gorgeous. From the expoy floors to the granite countertops. Everything is very well thought out. They have Everything you need to enjoy your stay. They leave a basket with snacks and drinks in the fridge. There are new toiletries in case you have forgotten any thing. The house has a beautiful pool and hot tub. There are kayaks and bikes. We will stay again. The host us very responsive. We had a great holiday.

Great location. Everything you need.

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our April stay. The house has everything you need and the welcome basket was above and beyond what we expected. House: Clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. There are plenty of bedding and towels. You'll find everything you need for a beach day including beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We rented a 26' boat which we were easily able to keep along the long dock area next to the lift. We used the pool in the afternoons and appreciated the opportunity to turn the heat on for one of the days. Area: This house is in a great location. In the mornings, we could walk or ride bikes to The Boathouse restaurant (about 1.8 miles). We also enjoyed a quick trip by boat to the Boathouse restaurant as well as scenic drives to Sanibel and St. James City. Area: The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but you are two minutes from the main Cape Coral parkway with several restaurants. Host: Emilio was very responsive, typically responding within the hour.We love this part of Florida and look forward to our next visit.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huis. Alles was schoon en netjes. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht, met een prachtige vloer.Aan alle details is gedacht door de eigenaar, zoals olie, zout en peper, koffie en thee en ook speelgoed voor de kinderen. Het huis ligt in een hele rustige straat met een mooi uitzicht over het water. Wij hebben bewust voor deze buurt gekozen omdat het zo’n prettige buurt is en er mooi uitziet. We kunnen dit huis absoluut aanraden!
