Quick but nice FL getaway

Location was great for all my activities and family and friends visits! Nice size house, good bed, lots of basketball on TV and enjoyed the pool.

Management was quick to communicate when we reached out. House was comfortable and in a good, central location. 1 min drive to beach. Alot of good dining options not far from the house.

Great Vacation!

Everything about the rental and experience was great - accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Service was great, amenities were great. My only complaint was that it was too short of a vacation! Would recommend and would return in the future.

Stay in Naples January 2024

Stayed January 2024. House is very close to beach and there is a golf cart service you can hire to pick your group up if you do not want to park. Nice house close to lots of amenities. Lots of walking as well. Great stay

Lovely vacation villa

T his was our first experience renting in the Naples area and it was great! T he management was very attentive to responding to questions before arriving. T he home was very ideal for our our needs during our stay in the area. A short drive to the beach, the zoo, shopping, food and the pool was wonderful to just hang out by after returning from our day. We will definitely be bookmarking this company to rent from for our return trip in the near future! T hanks again NFVH :)

Beautiful house & great location

This house was well stocked with everyday essentials. The pictures were exactly what this property looked like. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood which was one block away from US41 (Tamiami Trail). This was good because it was easy to go out for meals to bring back. The beach was driving distance which only was a 3-5 minute drive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and beautiful Naples!

Basic amenities. No salt and pepper. No extra blankets. Very clean. Well kept. No light bulb in bedroom lamp. Loved the pool. Very very nice bathrooms!! Beds were firm/somewhat uncomfortable.

Fantastic Trip at the Tuscan

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids under 12) loved the home. Naples Florida Vacation Homes was super friendly and was very responsive. They did a great job all the way thru the stay to communicate with us. The house is very spacious. The sleeping arrangments and bed types made the home attractive for us. We were a 2 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. All shopping and eateries were within a mile from the home. We would recommend this home for anyone with families. Kristen and her staff do a great job making sure you are taken care of!

Wonderful new home for resting

This home is beautiful and nicely appointed Agency was responsive to the couple of questions we had. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a privacy fence. The rear neighbors have direct access to views of pool. Without the privacy fence, there is not an area for you pet to run off leash As a previous tenant mentioned, the lot beside them is a staging area for construction. Sand, gravel and dug up debris comes to this location as they update waterlines along the street. Outside of an occasional work truck coming in, the sound isn't so much an issue. Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in this home. Very tastefully done.

Wasn't ready to be rented and, WAY OVERPRICED.

The property is next to a construction storage site that begins loud work at 5:30 am every day. The house had no closets, only a dresser in the master when we moved in. TVs were bad, neighbors have a variety of animals and there are feral cats everywhere. There were constant problems with the code on the door, we were locked out several times and would have to email support who would take hours to respond and reset the doors. This place was a joke. Would suggest finding another option.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens in the neighborhood ie construction, neighbors with feral cats (this is the first we have heard of these cats in the neighborhood). TV went bad during your stay, we went in and replaced it with a brand new one; the house did have closets but had no shelves which we also installed shortly after you checked-in. As for you being locked out and support taking hours to respond, that was not the case. Looking at the time stamps of the emails, they were less than 15 minutes apart. We don't appreciate the lies being told when we work hard and "aim to please". You also weren't truthful with the amount of pets you had staying with you but we let that slide. We have been nothing but professional with you and your wife since you and your family checked-in and have received nothing but nasty emails in return. We wish all of our guests a safe and happy return to their destination. Congratulations again on the house you purchased in Naples. Say hello to Kellie and the kids on behalf of NFVH. Thank you.

Not happy with this rental at all. Nothing like three ad stated

I chose this property primary because it was advertised as fenced and had the pool. There is no fencing?? And don't look for a hot tub either. Maybe that's at other location with fence. Only bushes so the dogs couldn't run outside. Traveling with service dog he needs to run when not working and this was a huge fail false advertising The pool deck was covered in black mold. There was no enjoying the pool area with that smell of mold. There were other issues also toaster broken no gas in grill lawn so over grown. Not fun when you have to walk the dogs in tall wet grass. Three attempts to contact management. Finally Maintence replied he was really nice had new toaster and gas delivered next next. But we was only planning on grilling the one day. But thank you for trying to fix some of the issues. The inside furnishings are fine. Bring your cleaners cause there isn't any. Also don't forget to bring pillows and xtra blankets. The fence and pool were unacceptable which made this house the worst I ever stayed at..

will not work with you for anything.

while the house was nice size, there is a construction lot next door with heavy equipment going in and out early in the morning. ran in to a few issues right off the back after booking. a member of our groups father got sick and was in the hospital. we asked if we could change the dates we were told no. then when my friends father died, we asked again and still told NO. I am a traveling ICU nurse and do a lot of rentals and have never had this much trouble with a rental. so my friend rushed to the funeral and rushed back. so that we did lose money on the renal. when we get there the floors are dirty (Like we had black feet from walking in the house) the pool was cloudy and the grill did not work. i called and was told to email this person and i never heard back from anyone. we bought chemical to clear up the pool and i had to fix the grill so that we could use it. need less to say we moped the whole house so we could walk in the house with out our feet turning black. all in all one of the worst experience's with a rental i have ever had. will never rent with the group again and would not recommend to anyone else. VRBO is not at fault

The cancellation policy is clear. Guests are offered the opportunity to purchase trip cancellation insurance which provides coverage in the event of illness or tragic events such as this guest experienced. While we are sorry for the guests loss, we must abide by the policies which are clearly stated. Had guest opted to purchase trip cancellation insurance they would have be compensated by the insurance company for their disrupted stay. As to the road construction, Collier County has been improving the infrastructure in this neighborhood. After this guests reservation, we stopped renting this house and will resume once the construction is complete.

Okay, but not great.

We rented this villa for a little over a week in late November. We've booked many properties through VRBO in Latin America, Europe and several locations in the US, and this was probably our least favorite home. First of all, the manaagement company "forgot" to turn on the pool heat until after we arrived, so it was pretty much unusable for the duration of our stay. We had kids (who are used to swimming in the brisk waters of Cape Cod), and it was too cold even for them. This was a pretty big disappointment for all of us, and the management company only refunded us 20% of the fee we had pre-paid for the pool heat. The neighborhood is not spectacular. Naples Park is sort of hit and miss, and we generally felt pretty safe in this location, but this home is obviously nicer than a lot of the other homes on the street. The home is only several doors down from Route 41 (a major highway), and you can hear the din of traffic at night. We didn't mind too much, but this is the type of thing that could bother some people. The home itself was okay. The decor left a bit to be desired (we had some friends visit, and they described it as "baffling"), but it wasn't a big deal, not too unpleasant, and overall the furniture was functional for a vacation home. The kitchen was adequately stocked with tools, coffee maker, etc. I had to go out and buy a few things (including a frying pan because the ones provided were so mangled and had teflon flaking off.) but it wasn't a huge deal. The place had been cleaned, but it was not sparkling. They might consider looking for a new cleaning company. After a few minutes walking around on the tiles, our white socks were dark brown in color, and you could see the grime caked on in the corners. But I guess this probably wouldn't bother most people. We were probably more sensitive because we had small kids playing on the dirty floor, so it was just kind of gross. There were a few ants that appeared sporadically on the kitchen counters throughout our stay, so we just kept all our food in the fridge. All in all, we loved Naples and will probably return, but not to this place. There are tons of places to rent in Florida these days, so why settle for someplace that's simply ok?

Holiday Vacation

The house was clean and comfortable. The pool heated up nicely and was clean. The pool area could of been cleaned up from the spider webs but we enjoyed it very much. Thanks for sharing your home with us. In health, Kristy

Construction zone

The driveway was dug up on the third day of our trip. We couldn’t get our car out and we’re stuck listening to construction all day. Property shouldn’t have been available to rent while this type of work was going on. House itself was typical for the age. Management was polite and responsive, but had no options to resolve the construction issues. The lot next door is the construction yard for what appears to be a full replacement of sewer lines throughout neighborhood. It’s my guess that this construction noise will be ongoing for quite some time. People can make their own choice to rent this location, but the issue should be disclosed.

Amazing Stay

The house was wonderful and clean. There was a little noise on the saturday morning from the constuction taking place next door which started at 7am. However this is out of your control but still affected our stay. Overall the house was clean and spacious and included a lot of great amenitites we enjoyed. Lilia

This was a great place to stay!!!

The proximity to the state park beach was great only minutes and easy to access, park and enjoy. We brought our dog and this location allowed me to take the dog for a walk in a nice neighborhood in the morning and evening. The pool was great have available and the accommodations were very nice, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who is bring a dog and a family on vacation. Thanks, Chip

Lovely week

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants etc. Communication with Property Manager was excellent. We had a really nice week.

Good Afternoon Milagros, We are discouraged to see this review on our property; as per our Rental Agreement that the guest had signed upon booking, we remind guests that we do not allow any parties at our properties, to respect the property and the maximum number of guests per property. During our guest's accommodation, we were contacted by the neighbors along with the police that there was a party at the property. Due to this breach of contract, we unfortunately had to adhere to our strict rules about parties and asked the guest to leave the property.

The location of the property is perfect. Beached are nearby and shops. It is a very nice cozy house.
