This house is exceptional and the owner is very easy to communicate with!! Beach access is great and the elevator was a lifesaver for us!! Everything was clean at check-in and met all of our expectations!! Plenty of room for all guests and the views were amazing!! I have never rented a vacation house that has the kitchen amenities that Sea Glass has! I especially loved the warm and welcoming decor throughout! This house is awesome

Amazing stay

This house was perfect for our multi generation family vacay! The elevator was wonderful for the elders and the flipped floor plan made everything easily accessible. Planning our next stay now!

Wonderfully quiet Island

If you are interested in having your own quiet piece of beach, this is the house for you. It comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was kept incredibly clean. I would confidently recommend this home to family and friends.

This was our second year in a row staying at this house for our family trip. It is clean and feels new. The host is communicative. The location really is fantastic just steps from the sand- great for multigenerational families who have some people staying by the house while others are at the beach. Few other houses around make it dark and quiet at night.

Perfect Experience

Look no further, this home has it all. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: beautiful, spacious house and pool, comfy furniture throughout, a kitchen that felt like home, wonderful communication with Erik, safety alarms to keep the kiddos safe.....I could go on but I think you get it :).

The home was very nice, the kitchen had plenty of items for cooking. The owner was easily available. We had a minor problem when the pool turned green, but he called someone to come out and adjust the chemicals right away. Great vacation.

Perfect family house

Clean house with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Lots of helpful touches for an easy stay. The highlight is the proximity to an excellent beach, with great views from the living room/kitchen/porch and the sand just steps away. Worked very well for an intergenerational family gathering that included young children and grandparents who are "not beach people." The owner was friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Everything from check in to check out was phenomenal. The communication was superior, constantly available. The house is incredible. Fully stocked kitchen with more than you could thing of! Lots of beach toys and umbrellas. We brought a lot of our own things (toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, etc) and didn’t need any of it! There are zero things I would complain about. Definitely 5 stars and I cannot wait to visit again!

Nicest Home on North Topsail!

Sea Glass is hands down the nicest property we've ever stayed at on North Topsail Island in the past 10 years! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views from every angle of the house. The interior was beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms with included linens. We especially loved the spacious deck and gazebo overlooking the beach, where we enjoyed watching sunsets daily. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach for walks, playing, and beachcombing. The property owner was friendly and very responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. Overall, Sea Glass provided us with an unforgettable beach vacation experience. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at this stunning beach house!

This home rates 10 plus stars

This beautifully designed home with plenty of room inside and outside is so well taken care of. The owners have added so many amenities to make it family friendly. Erik communicates extremely well, is responsive and cares about his renters’ experience. The kitchen truly has everything you could think of to cook for the week. The beds are quite comfortable and the second large refrigerator downstairs is much appreciated. Available Ice-makers are always a big plus. The large living area TV is a hit and we enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. The home was very clean. Enjoyed easy walking to the pier with the children. Beach is quieter than most and plenty of room at high tide. Delightful week despite the weather due to this fabulous rental.
