As soon as you enter this magnificent home away from home, you will find a bright and airy living room with natural light flooding the space. It has been furnished with guests' comfort in mind - spread out comfortably on the extensive sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening watching a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. Attached to the living room is the elegant dining room, offering a large dining table and beautiful views. The adjoining kitchen is appointed with everything you could need to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group, including a double-door fridge, stovetop, built-in oven and microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a spacious walk-in pantry. This level enjoys an extensive covered balcony where you can dine alfresco or simply unwind. The basement level enjoys a welcoming family room with a wet bar and a microwave, cozy sofas, another smart TV, and a fireplace, and access to a covered patio. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and central AC.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the lower level and two bedrooms upstairs. The prime suite is located on the main level and offers access to the balcony, a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
