Esta unidad se encuentra en Island House Beach Resort en la hermosa playa de la Media Luna en Siesta Key Florida. Se encuentra a unos 1,000 pies cuadrados. La unidad es de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y está a muy poca distancia de la playa. La unidad cuenta con una sala de estar grande y extra, cocina totalmente equipada, área de comedor, lavadora y secadora, mesa de juegos y alimentación para bebés. La villa dispone de mosaico en todo, una cama king size, 2 dobles y 2 camas nido. 3 televisores, DVD, conexión Wi - Fi en la unidad.! Este atractivo complejo cuenta con cabañas de playa, 2 sillas de playa, y la playa escénica patio delantero con mesa, sillas de tejo. El complejo también cuenta con una gran piscina, así como una sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, air hockey. Sus son muchas tiendas, restaurantes, tenis, paseos en bote cerca. Busch Gardens y Adventure Island están a 1 hora y Disney, Epcot, Universal son 21/2 horas. Ven a pasar sus vacaciones en nuestro paraíso en Island House Beach Resort.

My husband and 2 kids (12 and 10) stayed for a week and it was fantastic. The beach is amazing with easy access. The pool was very clean and attached to the game room which the kids enjoyed. The villa is exactly what’s represented in the photos and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The property itself is gated and quiet with easy access to the shuttles. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We normally stay somewhere else but has been torn down unfortunately. After tons of research we decided to go with the island house due to the location and the resort looked beautiful. Villa 1 stood out to us for the 4 twin beds for our 4 kids, and also the washer/dryer in the unit and it was very spacious. We absolutely loved the unit and booked our next summer vacation before we left. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The negatives were the couch was old and very dirty but we just laid towels down and was fine. Unit had a high chair, tons of beach toys and the unit was super close to the beach. Great location. Highly recommend the resort and villa 1.

Quality time with my peeps

This is the 3rd time, we have stayed @Island Beach House Villas and will definately return. My sis from Cali and her daughter try to have a Florida get away each year since my dtr lives in in Sarasota. Villa 1 definately our favorite along with Island Beach House. The staff there are wonderful. Thanks Scott and team.

We love the close proximity to the beach and community grills and short walk to the pool and game room. We love the openness of the space, the huge shower and the super comfortable bed! It’s conveniently located close to the beach. In less than a minute you can be running/walking and soaking up the sun. The washer/dryer is a nice extra amenity to have 🤙🏾 A very cute, clean and perfect place to enjoy Siesta Key!

wonderful location

easy to rent and all amenities there - except the basic stuff (!) which seemed needlessly annoying. Why no dish soap? Why no cloths to clean up spills? Why no cleanser? Why no plug for the bathtub?!?!? Why no plug for the sink in the master bathroom? Little comforts missing made an otherwise perfect location.... kind of... annoying at times.

The perfect family beach house!

Everyone knows that Siesta is Florida's best beach. We know that the Island House is the best vacation spot on Siesta Beach. Our villa was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the gas grills, beach chairs and the pool every day and when family came to visit we appreciated the easy availability of canopy and cabana rentals. We will definitely return to the Island House!
